We were initially very skeptical of Rapid Remove, especially since they’re based in another country. However, after reading many positive reviews on Trustpilot, we decided to give them a shot, and we are SO thankful we did!
One of the best parts of their service was that we didn’t have to pay a cent until the job was completed. After submitting our request, Matthias, our point of contact, was amazing. He was incredibly responsive, helping to alleviate any doubts we originally had.
We had been struggling to remove a Google Business Profile that contained false and harmful misinformation about our business. Are you skeptical about this service? DO NOT BE! Finding Rapid Remove is a miracle. Our business locations have never been open to the public, they are private water treatment locations. Yet at some point, somebody claimed them and essentially made them active with Google, which allowed trespassers to post confidential pictures and layouts of the grounds. Even write reviews for "visiting" when they are not even accessible to the public. This became SUCH a nuisance and we made several attempts to request help from Google and Google made it BEYOND A NIGHTMARE with no help or guidance at all. And then we were lucky enough to find Rapid Remove. They were so understanding with all of our questions. The service is/was impeccable and they resolved YEARS of Google nonsense overnight. Worth every penny! Outstanding on every level!

Schwarze Magie
Bei meinem Unternehmen war es problematisch, dass der Google Eintrag von einer Fremden Person gemacht wurde. Rapid Remove hat mit seiner fast schon magischen Methode den kompletten Eintrag inklusive Bildern entfernt. Es grenzt schon an schwarze Magie. Ich bin hochzufrieden. Daumen hoch.

Die Leistung gleicht an ein Wunder
Die Leistung gleicht an ein Wunder. Ich habe wochenlang versucht, Google davon zu überzeugen, dass ich Angriff einer Hetzkampagne gewesen bin. Keine Reaktion von Google. Es ist eine abolute Frechheit, dass es Google einem nicht ermöglicht sein Unternehmensprofil zu löschen.
Von daher bin ich absolut zufrieden mit der Leistung von RapidRemove. Tolle Kommunikation und super schnelle Löschung.
