The GP Hubs Avis

Amazing service from Brian who was quick to respond and dealt with our query. Will def use then again

Very easy to to use and result are quick and reliable. However it would help if they set up a registration process so you can save details so you dont have to enter the same details again and again. I had to complete for a family of 7 so it took me over 1 hour to enter the same detail repeatedly.

Very efficient. I use your service for business and personal trips and have always been very pleased. The service is excellent and provides real peace of mind.

Super quick results and response to emails. Thanks! :)

Impressive fast service from placing the order for next day delivery to delivering results of test and issuing certificate. Will definitely use again!

Fast and trustworthy. They reply to emails quick as well. Great service overall. Thanks

First time I took the test and uploaded the information via the bar code. Excellent and prompt response received from the Team. Definitely would recommend everyone using this service when going abroad.

Very stressful! Received a text message saying yeat would be delivered between 9-10am. Stayed at home waiting… bY noon decided to give rapid test a call to know what was happening…After 30 min on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, I was told that I should contact dpd to find where the test was and if it was going to be delivered. Another 30 min to get the driver contact… finally received the test. By 4pm upload the result ( negative 😊) and then receive a phone call from rapid test that a photo of passport was missing. Straight away send it to the email I was told info@. At 6pm another phone call saying that the passport photo was missing… when I said it was send 2 hours ago I was asked to which email I sent it to and was told that should have send it to another email! What a mess… after that I receive a text message saying that test certificate was sent to my email… nothing, so again phone to rapid test and didn’t hang up until the certificate was sent to my email… that was done at 7pm!!! Really disappointed with the service!

The test has been received the next day. The result has been received by email and text message within the next 2 hrs after the test was taken.
Very good service, and customer service available instantly by email.

Test arrived day after being ordered; super-easy to use, and the signed certificate was returned within 20 mins of uploading the result. Will definitely use these guys again.

Result arrived very very quickly. Was very impressed with the simple instructions and quick response.

Excellent service and very prompt turnaround.

I am very impressed by the level of service received. Any queries were answered immediately and the result was returned in less than an hour. Thank you so much and a special mention to Brian for his help and advice

The best service. Express next day delivery. Trusted and recognised certificates for flying.
Also very quick reply and even returns/cancellations are possible if you order wrong test.

We made an error uploading the image and the team were v quick to contact us to sort it out. Certificate received within 30 mins of correct evidence being submitted.

Excellent service. Kit received in less than 24hrs and certificate received (post test) within 30 mins.

Followed the instructions, uploaded the photo requested and certificate was back within 10 minutes. Great service, well done

Test was quick and easy, I didn't receive my certificate on email but it was quickly fixed by a super responsive team on the support email. Much easier than going to a clinic. Would use again.
