Rase Outdoor Living Avis

Excellent service from start to finish, from initial planning, liaising with other teams doing other builds to building the pergola. The guys who came for the install were meticulous in everything they did and exceedingly precise. They cleared up afterwards, leaving a great job done.
We had one small problem due to manufacturing supply. This was resolved without any fuss or problems.
I would thoroughly recommend Rase Outdoor Living.

Excellent product, really pleased how neat the installation looks, The installation team were the best, polite, keen and very respectful. Definitely recommend Rase.

We recently had a Brustor pergola with aluminum wall and sliding glass wall doors fitted in three stages. The initial consultation with Jonathan through to the installation by Ben, George and Dave was very professional. The team did an excellent job installing the pergola in the rain!, explaining the remote control functions, and after checking the site on full completion returned to finish off a couple of snaging issues. Also, we needed a patio laid before the pergola could be stalled and Johanthan recommended an independent contractor, Steve, who also did an excellent, professional job. So, we would happily recommend Raze Outdoor living.

Jonathan visited us and clearly demonstrated the Pergola benefits to us and even suggested the size.
The Pergola was fitted on time by Ben and George who took their time in fitting it all balanced. They were tidy and meticulous with the finishing touches. They went an extra mile in making sure we fully understood the remote operations and cleaning process of the pergola and the glass screens
Jonathan was also helpful in guiding us through the Pergola furniture and Fire pit which we want.
We are pleased with this Company and recommend Rase Outdoor Living for your Pergola Choice.

We recently had a Brustor Awning installed. With the increasing temperatures in the UK we’d been after an awning to help keep our patio and house cool in the sun. After much research we settled upon Brustor as the preferred manufacturer for their quality and durability. After narrowing down the model and the fabric, we contacted Rase Outdoor Living (we’d seen plenty of positive reviews) and were hopeful that we wouldn’t be disappointed as the fitting is as important as the product. Jonathan, was great! Extremely professional, personable and responsive. With his help we very quickly decided exactly what we wanted. The awning looks fantastic and is everything we hoped it would be. As awnings go, size wise ours is quite a ‘beast’ but the installation team of Ben, Dave and George were great. They worked really well with one another, clearly having done it many, many times before! They even hoovered the brick dust as the external holes were drilled – ‘our kind of guys’. We can’t thank Jonathan and his team enough. We would recommend Rase Outdoor Living without hesitation!

We have just had our automated sun awning installed & could not be more pleased.
From the start we received a friendly, yet totally professional service. The price was fair & the two men who installed it were excellent & cleared up very thoroughly when they'd finished. Great care was taken over every detail & Jonathan came personally to sign the work off & check that we were happy. I highly recommend them. Well deserved 5 stars! Hilary Ashman, Louth

Extremely professional service from Jonathan and his team. Happily recommend his team who breathed life into our pergola’s roof!

We recently had a pergola fitted by Jonathan and his team, from the start they were extremely helpful and professional, kept me updated and worked with and around the company who were laying the new patio for it to go on.
The product is of the highest quality and I can highly recommend them.

Excellent service and great product. Really happy all round.

FROM START TO FINISH THE PROCESS WITH JONATHAN AND THE TEAM AT RASE WAS FIRST CLASS, OUR JOURNEY WAS DELAYED BY COVID AND THEN A HOUSE MOVE BUT ALL ALONG RASE WERE VERY SUPPORTIVE. THE END RESULT IS FANTASTIC AND OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY, THIS COMBINED WITH TEAM RASE INSTALLATION GURUS HAS MADE OUR PROJECT A SUCCESS AND HAS ADDED ANOTHER DIMENSION TO HOW WE USE OUR OUTDOOR SPACE FOR RELAXING AND ENTERTAINING. WOULD FULLY RECOMMEND RASE

Jonathan and his team,(Ben, Jamie and Dave) recently completed the installation of a 7m pergola on the rear of our property. We have to say that from consultation, design through to completion, they have been one of the most professional businesses we have ever encountered. Communication, timescales and workmanship were exemplary. We changed our minds on a few elements of the project, yet nothing was ever too much trouble. We are so very pleased with the end result and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering having a pergola installed.

Great company, would highly recommend.

From initial meeting, design, installation, after care the whole process was very professional, detailed, and 100% customer focussed.

Every member of the team was brilliant.

I cannot praise Rase anymore more highly, fantastic job.

I have used the Rase team twice in the last few years. I have had a fantastic experience both times. Punctual, helpful on time. They do exactly as they say and there is little fuss. I personally would recommend them to anyone, a great business.

The whole process was excellent.
All the staff were knowledgeable and the installation was very efficient.
Very happy with the finished pergola.

Having had a previously terrible experience with another company, I was recommended Rase. They have delivered exactly what I wanted. The build quality is super. Jonathan could not have been more helpful. We visited the showroom, and specified our requirements. The installation team and electrician were fabulous.

A fantastic service from start to finish. All the staff were very professional and helpful. The pergola itself is extremely good quality. We would definitely recommend to family and friends

Excellent customer service from start to finish, and beyond. The product is high-end, ordering and installation went as planned. Very easy to get hold of the team and discuss the detail with. I cannot recommend Clive, Jonathan and the whole team highly enough. Worth every penny.

Great communication throughout, installed on time and on budget. Great service and a quality product.

I have searched for a quality product and this is it, not the cheapest but by far the best.
Great service, fantastic product and it just looks fantastic.

A company worthy of a 5 star review. From initial browsing of options through to installation, we were well looked after by Jonathan and his team. No pushy sales, just attentive service, and the installation team were hard working, polite and took pride in their work (even wiping off fingerprints prior to showing off the completed project). We opted for a Brustor product rather than a competitor's; very pleased with the end result: a solid, aesthetically pleasing structure at a competitive price. Already enjoying sitting under it in our hot tub in December. Will get plenty more use come Spring/Summer. Thank you Rase!
