Rase Outdoor Living Avis

We ordered a Brustor Pergola from Rase Outdoor Living in early 2021. Just recently Clive and the team have delivered and installed our order. The product is excellent and just as expected. It is well made and operates very smoothly. The installation team
arrived on site early in the morning, they were covid safe and very professional and tidy. They are a credit to the company which is very professional and customer focused. Thank you Clive and the team for an excellent all round experience.

We had our Brustor Pergola fitted on Saturday 27th February 2021 by Clive and his team. My wife and i are so pleased with the installation and the Pergola has exceeded our expectations. Its not often you encounter such high standards both in the unit and the install and i would have no hesitation in recommending Clives Company

Ordered our Pergola from Rase Outdoor Living at the end of last year.
Dealt with Clive throughout and yesterday was delivery and installation day. The team arrived on site early in the morning. They were fully covid prepared. The team worked solidly until the job was finished. Fantastic team, fantastic job led by Clive, perfect end result, many thanks. Would definitely recommend their services.

We recently had a Brustor pergola installed by Clive and his team and it is absolutely beautiful. It is the perfect combination of an indoor/outdoor living space - we've never been out of it since it was installed!

I can't fault the company or the team at all, absolutely outstanding service from outset to completion. Everything was explained in detail and no queries were ever a problem to answer.

The installation was smooth and tidy, without any issues. They were an exceptionally polite and friendly group and adhered to Covid-19 rules.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Absolutely fantastic service and absolutely stunning product. I wish we'd done it sooner! Clive, thank you so much to you and your team.

We are absolutely delighted with our new Brustor Pergola. It arrived on time, and the installation was painless. Clive and his team were extremely efficient throughout, communication was excellent and I can't fault the product or service.

We have just had the Brustor 200 fitted, approx 4.5 x 3.5m with remote control blinds, heater and lights. Wow, words cannot describe how amazing it is and the service from Clive and the team. From initial survey and guidance through to delivery, communication was clear. The installation was done in a day with great care taken not to mark our newly laid patio. All rubbish cleared away. Covid-19 social distancing adhered to as well. Would definitely recommend.

The whole process from start to finish has been first class and would have no hesitation recommending Rase Outdoor to anyone. The product that they sell is very high quality, the fitting is undertaken by professional installers and the whole experience was a pleasure. We looked at many options and we are glad that we chose the right supplier.Do not hesitate, save yourselves time and contact Rase.

Clive, was an absolute find within other suppliers aligning closely to double galzing sales people. He and the team team delivered a quality product to the timescales and costs outlined.Thoroughly recommend Rase Outdoor living

Rase Outdoor Living installed two outdoor spaces for us, one as a stand alone Pod, and the other as a cover for our Hot Tub. The service from start to finish, from initial consultation and design, through to installation and commissioning was first class. We needed a few tweaks afterwards for small add on’s, and nothing was too much trouble. We had looked at several firms and couldn’t be more pleased that we chose Rase Outdoor Living.

An absolutely stunning addition to our garden, professionally installed by Clive and his team. It’s a great piece of kit, offering some shade when too hot and when the sun goes down just drop the remote control curtains and flick a heater on, the evening fun continues!

I had Clive and his staff put one of their rase out door louvre systems into an existing roof that I had already put up with a polycarbonate sheeting roof. And I must say what a great idea / system it is, both for bringing the outdoors in and be able to use the area again on these hot days by being able to open the louvres up and letting the breeze come in, cheers Clive

A real quality product with a completely professional design and installation service. Installation team are incredibly sensitive to your prepared areas no detail spared. Nice people to have at your home .
