Megan did an amazing job staying in communication with me and relaying all information regarding our suits. She answered all my questions and even gave advice on setups as I was unsure what to go with. We had to get size adjustments on a few items in the days prior to the wedding, but Megan and her team made sure we received everything in time. The formal Highland Attire looked great, and the blue tweed suits for my groomsmen complimented it perfectly. Solid day. Thanks Megan and Team!

Megan helped me brilliantly with a couple of last minute requests. After my normal fitting came up a little large, Rathbones swiftly dispatched a new suit arriving next day. Brilliant service and super helpful.

Over the moon with Rathbones Tailor, I had a sizing issue (my fault) at the very last minute (wedding hire) and after one quick email and a fast response, Megan sorted this within 1 hour and had a new suit sent out for Pre-11am delivery the next day. Highly recommend.

I needed a morning suit at very short notice for Royal Ascot. I contacted Rathbones late on Thursday morning, needing everything ready for the following Tuesday, and sent them a message on Instagram in the hope of getting a quicker response.

Shortly afterwards, Megan replied to let me know she had already responded to my email. Rather than treating my tight deadline as “my problem,” she immediately understood the urgency. She explained that if I placed the order within the next 20 minutes, before their collection deadline, she would personally make sure it was dispatched that same day.

I placed the order straight away and let her know. Within a minute she messaged again to confirm my height. The previous company I’d hired from had recommended a jacket several sizes too large, and although Megan could simply have processed my order as submitted, she noticed the sizing didn’t seem right and took the initiative to double-check.

Based on my height and the measurements I’d provided, she recommended a different jacket size and asked whether I was happy for her to change it. She also suggested upgrading to the pre-10:30am delivery option for extra peace of mind, which I gladly did.

What I didn’t expect was the doorbell ringing at 9:30am the very next morning. Inside the box were my trousers, waistcoat, top hat, and not one but two jackets; the size I’d originally ordered and the size Megan had recommended; beautifully pressed and in immaculate condition. That level of care completely removed any stress I had about being ready for Ascot.

On the day, everything fitted perfectly, and the quality of the garments fully matched the exceptional service I’d received.

After the event I ran into a small complication with the return, but once again Megan was incredibly understanding and helped resolve everything quickly and professionally.

Outstanding customer service has become increasingly rare, which makes experiences like this stand out even more. Megan went above and beyond from start to finish, and it’s clear she genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The rest of the Rathbones team clearly delivered to the same high standard.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using Rathbones for all of my formalwear in the future.

I used Rathbones Tailors for my wedding in Italy, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial fitting to the final alterations, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

We had several different delivery addresses for the suits, and accommodating these changes was never an issue. The suits also arrived earlier than expected, which gave us extra time for any final adjustments before the wedding. As a goodwill gesture, they even provided additional extensions due to the added complexities of organising everything abroad, which was greatly appreciated.

A special mention must go to Megan. Her communication, professionalism, and customer service were second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any amendments or requests were dealt with incredibly quickly and efficiently. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and is a real credit to Rathbones Tailors.

Incredibly fast service. Suit arrived, unfortunately the size was wrong. Swapped it for a different size, then swapped it again a couple of hours later after deliberating and they still managed to change it over. Can’t fault the service

Excellent service, very friendly efficient staff. Suit arrived early, but required smaller size, which was delivered the following day. Good Quality suit, and good fit.

Other Groom Party Members and I hired Morning Coats and striped trousers. Rathbones helped advise on the fitting sizes, try on facility in advance and made sure we were completely comfortable. Both the try-on and wedding suits were delivered 2 days before the stated delivery date, which meant we didn’t have to worry about getting them in time. The suits were clean, pristine and ready for us to look smart. The return process was incredibly easy, by printing a barcode and dropping it at a local post office, thereby ensuring it was returned on time. Aftercare was fantastic, and I was incredibly happy to report on a successful wedding all round.

I and other Groom Party Members hired Morning Coats and Black stripes trousers. Rathbones were helpful in advising on the fitting sizes. The suits were delivered 2 days before the stated delivery date, which meant we didn’t have to worry about getting them in time for my son’s marriage. We looked very smart. The return process was very simple and it was great being able to drop the return at my local CoOp on a Sunday, insuring it was returned on time
