I paid £50 for an adjustable ring, and the quality is genuinely disappointing. The band is incredibly delicate and feels nowhere near worth the price. Their website markets it as everyday jewellery, but I wouldn't feel confident wearing it regularly.

I've requested a return and refund multiple times, but Ravyena has completely ignored me. They advertise a 30-day returns policy, yet getting a response to a return request seems impossible.

Before purchasing, I strongly recommend reading the independent reviews and looking at the other customers reporting similar experiences. Do not rely on the reviews displayed on Ravyena's own website, as they are fake.

I regret this purchase and would not recommend this company. £50 wasted, and now I'm having to fight to get my money back.

Do not buy from this website. Ordered heart pendant gold chain, size 15-17”, received chain 20-22”, which was too long. Now attempted to contact 4 times in the last 7 days, no response at all. Customer service appears non existent.

I ordered a sterling silver bracelet that was advertised as a present . The bracelet that arrived is more like steel and the links are different. I have sent emails several times both on contacts of how to arrange a return but have had no response

Tried to return an item the same day I received it but was told I wasnt able to! Nothing on their website states that items are non returnable! Wont be buying from this company ever again!

Took forever to come and after 3 emails eventually got in touch.
Parcel eventually came and box was damaged with the necklace very small and cheaply made. Not worth the £40 I have spent on it. I requested a return on the 7th of Aug and after 3 emails again, have heard nothing. Will not be buying from this company again
