I don’t get it why l’m being charged £60 to collect my vehicle honestly can someone explain WHY?

am disappointed that the previous four free collection days after a successful purchase have been removed. Under the previous arrangement, buyers had four days to collect a vehicle without incurring storage charges. Now, charges are being applied from the day the vehicle is won, which is a significant change and places an unfair additional cost on buyers.

I would appreciate an explanation for this change and ask that this policy be reconsidered.
Only found out when I went to collect my car.

RAW2K is exactly what you should expect from an honest auction. No tricks by the experienced traders to force you to buy a hidden disaster. You should only pay attention to the information and avoid obvious crap. Staff is friendly, service reliable. However customer communication lack direct numbers to interact with in case your plans have changed and I would not punish customers who came earlier to collect the car, they clear your space for other income stock, why punishing them applying the same penalty as for the laisy guys who delay the collection?

This auction site describes cars as is. Their descriptions are always clear. I have been buying cars from them and never been disappointed.
Their collection procedure is always very smooth. The guys at Falkirk are my favourite. Top guys. Great auction site with reasonable site fees.

MB (Director) and his back door staff (no pun intended) do not take responsibility for anything. I hired a driver to collect two bikes, one from Walsall the other from Preston on the same day. Driver arrived at Walsall to collect and was told to pay storage and same day collection Totalling £250. He relayed the message. I got in touch with their online staff who at first appeared helpful, however, after explaining my late collection was due to ill health, I was expecting them to understand. Afterall, my driver was there to collect to make additional room for them.

At first, I told them I could not afford the storage charges on the day and would have to reject the lots. However, my driver was wiling to pay on my behalf. all payment attempts failed as their internal server was experiencing issues according to staff on site. At this point, my driver had been there three hours and was expecting a full days pay.

I mailed through to explain the situation. To my surprise, I got a rude reply telling me I was to expect a refund, lots removed from account and account suspended indefinitely.
After several email exchanges with MB and SW (account manager), retained their decision to permanently suspend my account. I have now commenced legal proceedings to claim expenses incurred paying out my driver.

All the car was exactly as described

The guys at the pick up point were really helpful. Straight in and out. Talked with respect. Carnt fault them at all.

I purchased a vehicle the mileage showing 93,000 when I bought the car home got a new Key made and the dashboard said 200,000 miles I emailed them back they said we can only give you £100 towards your next car absolutely been robbed Miss advertising

Used to be a decent place years ago, but now it’s gone downhill badly. Items arrive far more damaged than described, and broken parts are conveniently missing from the photos. Worst experience was buying a motorcycle HPI clear that turned out to be stolen now insurance wants it back and the seller has been zero help dealing with the situation. Customer service avoids responsibility and communication is terrible. Would not trust them again.

I contacted the insurance company, they do hold interest and now wants the motorcycle back and keeps harassing me they won’t change the stolen mark and Raw2k still saying for me to contact them what a joke. I’ll contact solicitors

You guys not assisting me at all, you should take the bike back and deal with them yourself that’s the minimum you could support me with that.
