Shouldn’t have to pay for a collection…
Shouldn’t have to pay for a collection slot even same day collection should be free… after all we are emptying the yard quickly for you to reorganise.
Not being able to view the vehicle before bidding is very high risk however I appreciate it’s difficult to accommodate the public on such sites as can be dangerous.
I have been charged £50 collection fee on each of my last 2 collections which were collected on the following day. Both more than 24 hours past the auction time.

Thank you for your review. As per the T&C's the collection fee is a standard within the same 24 hrs. We understand your opinion and regarding viewing vehicles, we will always assist where possible to answer questions via email.

We are sorry that you feel this way. As this is a salvage auction vehicles are not mechanically inspected. If information is not as it states then do email us at Admin@Raw2k.com, so we can look into this. But do note that at time of collection, you are in your full rights to inspect a vehicle and refuse if not as it states.

I had a situation when I was buying a car, but the description of this car did not describe the damage to the right sill, which I had to repair at a high cost, this company does not respond to my messages. I do not recommend buying a car here.

My account has been suspended because you guys offered me a car after the original winner didn’t want the car so I lost the auction but still got offered the car I agreed to £2000 total including fees which you guys didn’t hear me out as a Custsmer and just added to my account I agreed to 2k total not over further more you guys offered me the car and didn’t listen to what I was saying and added it without me fully agreeing

We apologise for the confusion with this, an automated response in regards to the rejection of the bid. To clarify you had bid £2000 and sent an underbid offer. The fees would not be included in the £2000. It would have been £2000 plus fees.

Car not bad for the money, but photos on raw2k lack definition, so it's hard to tell really what condition the car is actually in.
