A very professional trader to work with
They did a full boiler and central heating installation as part of a flat renovation. The team from RCA P&H is well committed, professional, good communicators, and transparent in their charges.
Very important for us was that they were always keen to go the extra mile on giving us recommendations and were making sure we were satisfied at the end of the job.
I fully recommend them and would certainly hire them again in the future.

First Class Service
I have used RCA for everything from leaking toilet to new central heating and boiler. This time it was a leaking loo. Guys turned up early for the appointment and quickly assessed the problem even though the loo was in an awkward position as it's boxed in. Managed to get it out and carry out the repair without any damage to floor tiles. Popped out for a missing part then and there. After the visit everything looked as if it had never been touched - another excellent job. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

Reliable and excellent service
I have used RCA for years and have always found them to be excellent. I get my boiler serviced annually. Unfortunately the price for the service jumps up every year. Still an excellent service.

Boiler Replacement
Our boiler broke down between Christmas and New Year and we called RCA who came out the next day, looked at the boiler and confirmed the fault. We decided to go with a full replacement which was quoted and fitted the next day (New Years Eve). Can't recommend them enough and will be looking to use them for future products.

Had a leak in my toilet and called RCA who sent a plumber the same day . He arrived on time and fixed the problem promptly . Have had no further problems with the leak so very happy with service . Would have no hesitation in recommending this firm - great service

Great independent family company. Ryan very knowledgeable and installed a vallient boiler and 13 new radiators. Team turned up on the dot at 8am , 4 solid days to complete and very professional and tidy work. Definitely recommend

I trust this company 100 percent , Ryan and his guys are so good , polite ,friendly and very helpful . when you get a bit older it becomes difficult to know who to trust in building trade , I know this as im a retired joiner , give them a go and i promise you wont be dissapointed ....when you phone you will get through right away and wont be speaking to someone in england . and once you get to know them it will be on a first name basis which i love ...im about to take out an anual service plan with them and wont be considering british gas as these guys are far far better.....

My Go To Plumbing Company
Arrived home to the sound of a leak behind my kitchen units.
Tbh, not had great experiences with plumbers to date so after looking through plumbers and reviews I decided to take a chance on RCA. Arranged a home visit for the next day I was off - this was confirmed by sms and email, further reminder on the day. Liam arrived sharp on the morning expected and carried out an investigation, he got Ryan to drop by for a second opinion. Both were professional, friendly and direct. We were made fully aware of how the job would be carried out, the hourly cost and we went forward from there. Liam completed the job, replacing a pipe in good time and with minimal damage to the units behind. We will have to get the units removed and refitted with proper access and I’ll be changing to copper pipes. When this goes forward it will be RCA that I’ll be contacting to carry out the plumbing works.
