Due to a recent medical event I wanted to get a comfort height toilet fitted. Ryan came to see the bathroom and told me it would be no problem and he gave me a very reasonable quote. Chase an excellent RCA plumbing engineer came out on the 29th January and carried out the said work. No mess no fuss just totally professional workmanship as is always the case with any work that RCA carry out no matter the size of the job. Would never use any other company. John McKail, Alloa

Quicky responded to my request for a plumber to fix a leak in a fitted toilet unit - behind the toilet. This had been happening prior to occupancy of the flat for a few months if not longer!. Arrived on time and quickly identified that the pipe connecting the sistern to the toilet had a leak. Within an hour had, sealed the leak, cleared up the damage, cleaned up the mess and advised how to clean up the black mould caused by the leak. Cannot sing the praises of RCA Plumbing and Heating as this is the 3/4th time I have used them. They are customer focussed, helpful, always turned up on time and value for money. Strongly recommend them to others. Well done !!

Contacted RCA to do a boiler service. Ryan came out and did a boiler service and found my boiler wasn't working properly and rectified it. He also noticed a blocked valve which he fixed. I also told him about on ongoing issue with the radiators on our ground floor always being cold. Ryan found a bypass valve was open under the hot water cylinder and closed it. Now our house is lovely and warmer than its ever been.
I joined their service plan as well so I have the best backup should I need it.

Disabled parents had a badly leaking bathroom so i called RCA Plumbing & Heating I explained the issue they came promptly had a look found the problem my parents were a little confused and upset but Ryan put them at ease said that he would fix it straight away and not to worry. And all at a very reasonable price

RCA plumbers came out very promptly to repair a leaking pipe. They were very pleasant and helpful, sorted out the problem and gave us advice. The charge was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them.

What a great experience having Ryan carry out the boiler service. He was incredibly responsive in scheduling this service request despite being inundated with emergency repairs. Very much appreciated his very professional, pleasant and friendly service. Despite being so busy he took the time to look at a faulty toilet and offer advice. Will definitely be our ‘go to plumber’ and we will be making a booking to have him return to repair wc asap! Thank you RCA plumbing!

Fantastic service from Ryan and Jimmy, had to call Ryan between Christmas and New year when my old boiler broke down, he came out within an hour during his holiday. Gave me a quote and a start date. Arrived as promised. Very punctual, never stopped working, kept me informed with everything,.now have a great new boiler cost was exactly as quoted. Thank you so much to both Ryan and Jimmy.

We had an issue with our hot water function and booked Ryan to come round and take a look. The communication was excellent from start to finish and Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would. For a trustworthy heating engineer, book RCA Plumbing. Ryan also did some work for my parents and they were very pleased with the results.

Had my boiler go for a Burton just as the cold weather started. I initially went with someone else as they offered a great price, but couldn't get out to do the job. Ryan was great booked us in within days, hugely professional, and Chase and Stewart were on time, ready, and start to finish experts. Single day install, despite my house being what could politely be described as non standard construction, and left the place spotless.
