RC Willey - Layton Avis 

I’ve been shopping at RC Willey for almost 30 years. I love RC Willey! I’ve never had a bad experience. They have quality furniture, a large variety of things to choose from and pleasant staff. The Layton store is beautiful.

Shopping with you for appliances and furniture so far has made things very easy. Loving every piece as it arrives.

I loved that I could order some things on cyber Monday but when I saw a lamp I wanted, the website said 'available in store'. I am not able to go in the store so I will miss out.

Wanted a chest freezer and went to checkout prices and get a quote in October. The freezer was $599.
Decided we would wait until Black Friday to see if we could get it on a sale. When we looked on Black Friday the price was raised to $799 and it was on "sale" for $599.
Not impressed.

They should reduce the used returned furniture for 50%. It comes back damaged. Plus why not free delivery in local area?

Sad that we had to get it online so we didn’t get the free gift that was being offered despite actually ordering it from the store!

The employees explained everything to us about the tech devices and were very nice and answered our questions.

We have had our freezer for one week and already there is frost accumulating on the inside of a frost-free freezer. Upon closer inspection, there is a ding on the front bottom panel, as well as a larger dent on the side of the door. We think that whatever happened, especially with the dent on the side of the door, is not allowing it to seal properly and so the frost/ice is happening on the inside.

Mostly positive experience - more in-store options on bunk beds would be helpful; it seemed like there were only low-end, cheap options or high-end, more expensive options - we had to go on to RC Willey.com to find an intermediate option.

They were installing carpet. The first time they brought wrong carpet and than came back another day having cut the piece too short. Now they have to reorder

Carpet Sales Guy, Randy West, was excellent! Really knew his stuff and was patient in helping us select our carpet.

We purchased a new gas dryer at a great value. The dryer was delivered within a few days. R.C. Willey installed the new dryer and hauled away the old dryer for a very fair price. Great service!

I still have not received my dishwasher, and the delivery has been passed on from one entity to another, and it will be next week before I receive it

I was able to purchase a tv stand by phone with a salesman I had met several days before while at the store. He gave me his business card with his cell phone number on it. I called him from home and he was out running errands on his day off. He took all the information and sent it to the store. All I had to do was go to the store to verify the purchase. When I got to the store I was even able to buy a non-stick fry pan for only $6. Now this is what I call "CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"

The delivery guys were so kind and did with working with when we had to find another way to get my appliance through the door.

Delivery was very prompt, pleasant, and helpful.

Easy to order from website.

I have a rental condo, and purchased a dishwasher and had 2 delivered with factory issues, Kirsten from Layton RC Willey got involved and turned a mess in a happy ending !

We ordered a new dishwasher to match the refrigerator and wall oven we purchased. The dishwasher was shown as in stock. We set up a delivery date and the day before, the warehouse called and said they did not have one and it would be 2 weeks for delivery. We have been washing dishes by hand.

We bought this dishwasher because it was in stock. We had other vendors that we could have purchased from.
