Your sales staff needs to be more educated in electronics. (TV and Computer) Every question I had was answered with “I don’t know” I’m not sure” or some made up answer. Giving false information such as “nobody makes an 86” TV when clearly I bought one from RC Willey. I bought a laptop with false information. Salesman told me the computer came with a carrying case and two stylus pens. Opened up the box and there was only one stylus pen and no carrying case. I’m halve tempted to return it and take my business elsewhere.

Order arrived in a timely manner. Only Negative was the driver never called me. I live far from an RC W. so I was pleased with the overall transaction but the third party delivery service out of SLC could communicate and that would help.

I purchased a microwave and the extra warranty, took it home and none of the buttons worked. Tried to return it and they gave me Samsungs number. Absolutely no help. Never buy electronics from them!!! Horrible customer service. What's the point of the warranty?????

Ezra, I apologize for the frustration you experienced. Your microwave was purchased on 03/03/26. Our return and exchange policy states that products purchased within 30 days can be returned for any reason. Since you are past the return period, you will need to use the manufacturer's warranty which is included with the first year of your purchase. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our extended warranty department at (801) 464-2340 open Monday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM MST.
Poor customer service
RC Willey is the only place I have seen that offers credit but does not offer auto pay and does not make any real attempt to contact you for payment. They just tack on late fees and interest and report on credit, but they do nothing to help you avoid problems. The only place I have ever had late payments to in decades has been 2 RC Willey payments.
Also their web page to pay on is (in my opinon) purposefully hard to navigate. Amex takes me less than a minute to make a payment. RCWilley has me pulling my hair out trying to remember where and how to sign in, where to find the make a payment link and then properly submitting for payment.
Also, the local customer service people are absolutely atrocious. They make no offer to help solve problems, they just relay info seen on a screen.
People in the facilities are great but support after a sale is awful.

Rob, I apologize for the frustration you have been experiencing with your account. While we do not offer auto-pay, you are able to work with your bank and set up bill-pay with them. All you will need is your account number and our billing mailing address. We as well, send out monthly statements to your account to either your email or by physical mail. This preference can be changed in your account at any time. If you need any assistance with your account, please reach out to our billing department at (801)-461-3940, open Monday through Saturday 7 AM to 8 PM MST.

Don’t expect a call back
I called up for a simple service on a new couch I purchased, that technician was great. The problem is the Vehicle they sent leaked oil all over my brand new driveway. I sent videos and called customer service. I was told the manager would call me back and I am still waiting after two weeks
Maybe a new manager with attention to customer service would be a good direction to move to improve your ratings.

We went in to pick up our new smoker and didn't see online that any treager purchase came with a free bag of pellets. The guy, I want to say Michael but could be wrong (my bad, for not paying attention to his name. Longer black wavy hair and painted nails in the clearance section around 12:30-1 ish 5/4/26) was awesome!! He got us the deal even though we had already closed out the grill.
