Ready Capital Avis 1 106

I had applied for PPP loan back in March 2021 and was matched with Ready Capital as my Lender. I had submitted every document that they requested and was eventually approved for a small loan of approx. $17k. I had signed all of the Loan Note documents and received counter signs documents in return. Ready Capital tried to deposit the funds into my account but my bank rejected it- which was an error on my banks part . Nevertheless, I had immediately fixed the issue the very same day and advised Ready Capital that all was fixed. I was told that because this was an error on my bank's part that it would take a couple of weeks to initiate the funds transfer and so I said that was fine and I had no problem with it.

The problem is, this all happened in beginning of April 2021. It is now July 22 2021. I have been trying every day since then to find out the status of the disbursement of the loan but there is no one to talk to at Ready Capital. I have emailed them countless times but to no avail. The SBA website states that my loan is currently "Actively Undisbursed" which means that the funds have been reserved for me but has yet to be deposited. At this time I am about to lose my business due to non payment of rent that I promised my landlord months ago from the proceeds of the PPP loan which I had executed Loan Note documents way back in April 2021. I really have no intention of leaving a negative review as this does not help me in any way but I am hoping that Ready Capital will somehow see this review and will be prompted to rectify the situation.

Last but not least I would most definitely amend this review in the event that Ready Capital rectifies this situation and that I receive the loan proceeds that I so desperately need.

PPP Funding was the easy part... No follow-up, no responses to several inquiries regarding loan forgiveness. Not pleased with the customer service I haven't received!

Every way of the process was completed smoothly, no issues, notifications were great to understand the status of my application and always had the idea that my documents were being processed

Being able to contact someone about the Forgiveness Program has been a nightmare. Emails aren't returned and there's no contact number. The only number I have is 855-207-6251. And the CSR's there, say this isn't their division. Really? Now what do I do? I need answers and assistance that I can't find. Please help.

If I could give no stars I would but clearly that is not an option. I have been waiting since May for my 2nd draw to be deposited but nothing. Before the website went away I was at least able to check the status but now there is nothing. I can't talk to anyone or anything. I have sent several emails and of course I do not get a response. There is nothing that can be done and it is concerning because the CAFS website shows that I still have an Active-Undisbursed loan. I am not trying to be responsible for something that I have never used. Ready Capital and these CDFI lenders are the worst.

I signed a contract and never got funded. I’m not sure what is going on. Everything seemed to be smooth but I can’t speak to anyone about it and it’s frustrating!

I never received my funds, even after being told I would receive a email with a solution to get me the funds due to ppp closing or stopping.?!
