My experience with Ready Capital couldn't be better. From the first contact concerning PPP loan to the last step process was fast, easy to understand and what was very important to me very trustful. For any future financial need for my company I will contact Ready Capital first.

Ready Capital got me funded on 2 PPP loans which have saved us from disaster, albeit temporarily. They were professional and did an excellent job.

Been working on PPP loan since March 2021. Kept saying needed ID. Sent 10 times. Loan was approved but could never get to sign the contract. Now of coarse cant get thru on the phone or by email. So I am gonna assume cant get the $$$$. WOW!!!

I enjoyed working with Ready Capital. Only issue is difficulty getting information on loan forgiveness.

I received my first PPP loan after several emails with Ready Capital but after applying for my second PPP loan I have had to help from them and no one will return any of my emails. I do not recommend using this business

i am still dealing with this horrible experience.. since april its been horrible.. im still waitinf for my ppp funds .. they state funded yet sba site says undisbursed... they said bank rejected deposit but they have never made another attempt to deposit my money again and i can no longer get them to email me back or get anyone on the phone this is bull im gunns lose my business due to them

Loan approved and number assigned weeks ago. Was told it was “funding” repeatedly and that nothing was needed. Keep getting missing documents emails and keep sending them to the requested info repeatedly. Still no money. They will tell you they are sending the money but nothing ever comes. No way to actually talk to anyone,I get the same person who keeps telling me that he will manually process and make sure my money is sent, and still nothing. I was told that the money is allocated and I have nothing to worry about but I am still waiting …….

If there was less than one star I would give it.
I was approved for my loan from Ready Capital back in March and they finally attempted to make the deposit into my bank account but the funds were rejected because is was in my business name and not my name and here it is July 26th and I have given the additional bank info for my business account and had my original bank ok them to send me a check in my business name and not only have I not received anything but they also told me 30 days ago that they were on it and would email me within a week. I called again and was told the same thing. Now when I call it won't even let me get in touch with anyone regarding a PPP loan.
Not ok at all.
