Een cool cube unit kopen die je pas bij warm kunt testen en dan blijkt niet te werken!! Dan is de retourtijd (net) verlopen en kun je de unit niet meer terugsturen. Ronduit een zeer slechte service!

Jeg har bestilt og betalt for knæbind som aldrig er dukket op. En henvendelse til firmaet gav intet resultat.
Efter min mening er REALCOOLDEAL et fupfirma!!!

Op 8 januari 99 euro betaald voor een horloge voor mijn man nadat ik op site recensies had gelezen dat klanten hun product wat laat hadden ontvangen maar ook dat klanten het product teruggestuurd hadden en redelijk lang moesten wachten op hun geld. Maar goed ik dacht, zal misschien niet de beste kwaliteit zijn eventueel kan ik herlt retour sturen. NIETS ONTVANGEN. TELEFOONUMMER KLOOT NIET. IK BEN ER IN GETRAPT WEES GEWAARSCHUWD

Dit bedrijf is het TOP VOORBEELD Van pure Oplichting. Ze verkopen producten van zeer slechte kwaliteit. ..ik ben er ook ingetuind helaas. Het product wat ik toegestuurd kreeg zat in een doos met kreukels waaruit blijkt dat het al een aantal maal bij andere klanten in handen is geweest (dus ik kreeg ook nog eens een product dat niet nieuw meer was.
Het enigste dat ik nu nog kan doen is mensen waarschuwen via deze recensie ! ! !

Har fået uret betalte 700 kr for det, det lever overhovedet ikke op til det de beskriver i på deres hjemmeside, batteri tid 7 dage ha ha efter 3 dage skal det lades igen.. De skriver at de har 4.8 i rate på trust pilot igen ha ha, det er bondefangeri, hold jer fra det RP 40 uret hold jer væk

I summarize my experience with the Real-Cool-Deals company as follows and hope that my experience will help you save money, time, and headache by not ordering anything from this company:
1] Before placing my order, they quickly responded to my preliminary questions in a matter of hours. After I placed my order they totally ignored the questions and concerns I had raised regarding their applying sales tax (as the company was a Chinese-based company, a fact that had I known before, I would not have placed my order), or their not applying the promised discount to my entire purchased items.
2] Their catchphrase, "RUSH MY ORDER" at the last stage of the checkout process prompted me to place my order after much debating with myself. As it turned out it was nothing more than an empty promise as it took nearly a month for my order to arrive.
3] And when my order did arrive, I was immediately taken aback by how unprofessionally and unsafely the package appeared and felt. Terre was no protective shield around it, it was just a paper-thin wrapper which was punctured at a couple of places already.
4] Inside were my two masks and the set of extra filters that I had ordered. According to my invoice, I was supposed to receive 2 NK-95 masks, but they had sent me a mask with no label, and another which had an unfamiliar label on it. Both of the masks were constructed of inferior materials of the poorest quality, and neither one was a good fit for my face. They were practically useless to me.
5] I emailed the company and complained about the fact that I had received the wrong masks and the wrong size, but they totally ignored my complaint and my email altogether.
6] I did not even bother initiating the return process, for I had had a similar experience with a Chinese company in the past, and was aware of how impossible it was to try to get my money back. I simply threw away the pack of garbage they had sent me and took my $90 loss on the chin.
Conclusion: Real-Cool-Deals is a shoddy and dishonest company, which will take your money, but gives you nothing worthwhile in return. I sincerely advise against doing business with them and strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your facial masks needs.

Do not buy from this company. Their products are greatly over priced and garbage. Promised 10 day delivery but took over two months and came from China. The mask are fake and cheap junk. You could get better protection by holding a rag over your face!!! Greatly disappointed!!!

Ordered in March and never received the masks. They also said they were a US based company but after ordering you get China shipping information. I have given ample opportunity to resolve this issue and no resolution. DONT BUY!

I ordered masks and the website promised to deliver within two weeks. All the reviews on their website were great. I also thought it was US -Connecticut based but the masks came from China and took two months to arrive. They were very good at responding to my inquiries but at the end, I did not get the masks in time. I also feel coming from China the masks were exhorbitantly overpriced. Though they say portions of it are donated, never mention how much is donated. Will not order anything again.

DON'T ORDER...I order $123.00 with items due to the pandemic. Never received my items. It's been over a 5 weeks and not been delivered. I checked with US postal service, UPS, FedEx and no tracking numbers are available anywhere I emailed and called numerous times with no luck. How can you take money off families during these difficult times.

Never received goods. I feel like this is a scam site from China! Do not order from here!
