Handbag was lovely and smaller than expected but that's my fault for not looking at the measurements, but I liked it - delivery was quick. Good value too.

Found this site had several choices in the style & colour I was looking for & at good prices for real leather. Chose one by Gigi which was just as described & I’m delighted with it. Delivery was quite quick & although the Amazon courier left it at the wrong address luckily the honest neighbour delivered it to me.

The website has a good selection of products. I am very, very fussy about handbags and really struggle to find something that has a decent amount of 'organisation' inside. The one I chose was almost perfect. My only slight quibble is that the pocket for mobile phones isn't quite deep enough (I only have a small phone) - but that's a product issue not anything to do with the service by The Real Handbag Shop. The quick delivery meant I didn't have to wait too long for my new handbag.

Really impressed with my handbag, was worried about the colour but it turned out to be perfect. Super quick delivery.

I purchased both the small and medium Sabine crossbody CATWALK bag in distressed brown. The small was just a tad too small for me but only because my purse is rather large bit I don't want to change it.
I returned the small bag by contacting customer services by email getting reply from Chloe almost by return- certainly with an hour and with Chloe's help actually returned the bag the same day- Thank you Chloe.

The medium Sabine Crossbody Catwalk bag is great with plenty of space for everything I want to put in it including the said purse and I love the length of the handle- it's perfect for me and doesn't cut my boobs in half!

The little cat charm is lovely and purrfect for the bag.

I would certainly recommend the Real Handbag Shop not only for their products but also their customer service.
