Ashford Outlet - Great variety of bags and excellent service
Visited the Ashford Outlet today and had great service from Lisa B who was knowledgeable, professional and friendly on the particular style of bag I was looking for. I have purchased previously in the past and the bags are such good value made of good quality leather and long lasting. I was very happy with my Roasalie purchase today. Excellent value as well.

Good Product, Poor Customer Experience

The bag itself is good and matches the description and photos on the website. The quality appears to be as advertised, so I have no complaints about the product itself.
Unfortunately, the overall purchasing experience was very disappointing.
The advertised delivery timeframe was 2–14 days, but my order took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Delays can happen, but the main issue was the complete lack of communication and shipment visibility.
The tracking information provided through the website was essentially useless for the first two weeks, and the Shop app, which the company actively encourages customers to use for tracking, never provided any meaningful shipping updates either.
To make matters worse, I contacted customer service through both the website contact form and email and received no response at all. Not even a basic update on the status of my order.
In the end, the product arrived and is as expected, but the customer service, tracking experience, and delivery communication were among the worst I have experienced when ordering online.
I hope the company improves these aspects, as the product itself deserves a much better purchasing experience.
Until the company improves its customer service and shipping experience, I would strongly recommend purchasing through retailers such as Amazon or Zalando instead of ordering directly from the official website. While the range of products may be smaller, the overall buying experience is likely to be far more reliable and transparent.

Great customer service & products
Love this shop over the years we have bought bags, passport holders, Purses all great quality and cime back for more. The service from the colleagues is always great. This occasion i asked for 2 products i couldn't see intially and i was directed in person by Jo who checked stock and colours and mentioned other products. I absolutely love Paul Costelloe bags. I discovered the brand a few years back and the quality is just amazing. I’ve used the same bag for work for years and it’s still intact. I went today looking for a small purse and Lisa helped me find the perfect one. All the staff is always very helpful but not pushy!

We visited the store in McArthur Glen outlet in Cannock on 5th May. The store staff were welcoming but not pushy.
So many gorgeous bags to choose from but I restrained myself to just one (on this occasion) I've previously purchased 2 other Paul Costelloe bags & am sure I'll be back. When I went to the counter, I was served by a lovely lady named Lisa. While we were chatting, I couldn't help but notice the jewellery on display. Yes, I also came away with a lovely necklace as well as the bag!!
