Disappointed

I ordered on 1st March . I emailed on 13th March asking for an update as to what was happening as I had asked for it to be delivered to my daughter's address and it hadn't been. I have yet to hear back but I received this the following day. I don't know what or why this has gone wrong but I am very disappointed.

Faulty navy bag received- no response

I received a damaged navy bag which was a present for my mums birthday. I contacted the sales team re a return with a request for a full refund over a week ago and have still not received any reply! I sent photos showing damage as requested too.
Very disappointing service.

Friendly and helpful

Had a great experience at the Swindon outlet. Winnie was very helpful and friendly, managing to look after several customers at once while keeping the atmosphere relaxed. She helped me find the right bag for my needs and suggested some matching accessories without being pushy. Great service.

I placed my order excited to get my…

I placed my order excited to get my Boina bag. Then an email telling me a refund had been issued. There was no explanation as to why, no response to an email enquiry.
This seems to be an ongoing issue. I understand things happen but give an explanation.
The bag still comes up as available for sale!

Unpacked new bag which promptly fell apart!

Unpacked Manara bag & was admiring it when the handle hardware gave way & I was left holding one end of the handle! Emailed as you are meant to do with a faulty item, no reply! Think I’ll just pay to return it myself, just want rid of it now & if I hadn’t removed the tags & chucked the wrapping on the other bag in the order I’d return that too! Won’t be buying anymore from this company!
