I was a bit uneasy as to what this course would be like but,
It was brilliant other students have become friends for life.
Tutor Stuart wow he was so professional well prepared and went out his way to help no matter time/day and still helping now.
The course itself tough me a lot just waiting for bds and can start work.

Recently attended hospitality course Stuart our tutor was amazing and very knowledgeable on the subject. Had a great time and learnt alot

I have really enjoyed my course on mental health first aid.The tutor has been really polite and helpful, overall my knowledge on mental health has improved immensely.

Currently on Sia course with realise very engaging and interesting and the instructor knows how to make it fun exciting and interesting. Keith our security tutor is a good instructor and I really enjoyed it and Keith has helped me open up and become more confident, speaking more and engaging in the course more. Keith thank you for believing in me and helping me come out of my shell I've enjoyed it.

Great service, very informative and well worth the time! Have been going through the SIA security course with Keith. He makes it fun, enjoyable and entertaining, using his expansive knowledge of the security industry to help all of his students through the course. Highly recommended.

The Realise Teacher Assistant course is very well structured and provides comprehensive and hugely informative learning over the 10 days of professional engaged teaching by Jemma Gorst.

Jemma my tutor made the experience great. I felt safe, included and she made me feel like I could do anything if I put my mind to it. My self confidence grew as the days went on and I think she is amazing.

Since completing my step into cleaning course with stuart gough at Realise, I have now gained permanent employment with Aldi after being out of work previously for over 8 months. I thoroughly enjoyed my training and would recommend to anyone.

After a pleasant start , it soon became apparent that I had selected the wrong company for my functional skills , the software skillsbuilder is not for for purpose often marking things wrong that would show up on the tutors screen as correct so you never actually knew if your learning was sinking in or not , the online exam is not fit for purpose , it is AI monitored so anything more than a momentary glance away from the screen and it voids the exam. Tutor advised I could use more paper in exam this actually breached the rules set out for the exam so another reason for a voided exam which all felt like it was a money making exercise to be able to eventually charge for resits.
No ownership of issues from the Company . If you are planning g to do functional skills I would find another online provider

I was told about this training provider through 'Best Practice'. As I thought it was a way to help me get in to the education sector, I was all for doing one of their bootcamps - the times and days fitted in with my little girl being at school. I was told I could do a part time apprenticeship. I then went through an induction process through teams and was told then all the apprenticeships are full time 40+ hours. I explained that I cant do full time as that isnt fair to put my little girl through such a long day. I was then told to discuss this with their job coach on the induction day. Another issue I had was the First Aid training was at a weekend, as I've no childcare I cant do that unless I bring my daughter along. I then went back to the lady who told me about the part time apprenticeships, she was on holiday and her colleague said I could do a Diploma which could be done as part time hours. Next I get a text (although they did try to call) from Brandon saying they only have 40 hour apprenticeships but I could source my own and apply for my own interview!
First of all, I was mislead and secondly what would be the point of that, a bootcamp isnt a recognised qualification and I've tried before with no luck - hence why I was interested in doing it in the first place!
My time has been wasted and also the staff dont say the same information!
My advice to anyone wanting to go on a course - don't go with this provider - they really aren't child friendly!

They put an ad on facebook, so i contacted them through their website and requested details about a training course in IT. They replied that day, asking me to forward date if birth and area i lived in. This information was already given . So i replied with the same details again. It has now been more than 3 weeks and i have had no reply. I decided to contact them again, this time via live chat. I was informed i would be put through to one of their specialist team who could help. Well, there was no indication of anything further happening. So rather than wait who knows how long i gave up. I didnt expect instant answers and did wait for a while but then decided as there was no indication of anyone replying i gave up. Strangely enough, they have been putting out regularly ads on facebook advertising their services and i have seen peoples feedback on how some have encountered the same experience.

I started this course due to promise to my self to do things I’ve put off previous years . So biting the bulletin I applied and joined and did quite a bit of work and had my first induction then had a n appointment booked with my tutor but I had also put my house up for sale that was also on my to do this year list What I didn’t expect was for my house to sell in a week and I hadn’t even found any where else so I was panicking about finding somewhere this caused me to miss my meeting and I re-arranged this was also missed due to overbooking myself with viewings. Apparently because you miss two meetings with your tutor you are thrown of the cause without a care. So no no support when life takes over
