Amazing service
Amazing service, I ordered a whisky tasting gift set via amazon and the box was damaged. I phoned the company and they pulled out all the stops to ensure I got a replacement in good time and sent me 2 complimentary bottles too. The lady I spoke to was so friendly and helpful.

It was a pleasure doing business with this Company.
I was nervous to place this order due to the expense and the distance. I ordered from them because the price was better than most. The company had good communication right away. The product was a bit long of a shipping process but came exactly when they said it would. The package was in great shape as well. Much appreciated.

Poor packaging and QR codes have no info
The bourbon options are great, but the packaging is not stellar. The internal holders all broke apart in shipping so all the drams were skewed about in the box - luckily none of them broke! Also, the QR codes have no information whatsoever. Was really looking forward to this advent calendar but would not order again.

Great variety of drams, many of which we can't normally find in the US.
I Iove the live online blind tastings with Alex, Shelley,and Vic when the pack gets to the States in time. I've bought the Advent calendar since the first year; it is always a joy to try new and interesting drams.

Really Good Whisky and Really Excellent People!
Not only do they have Really Good Whisky, but the customer service is absolutely fantastic! We had some issues with the shipping company and the staff at RGW genuinely cared about making sure we got our order and were taken care of. The timely communication and involvement in making sure we were able to get everything sorted out was wonderful. Thank you again for being awesome!

Late delivery
Update - i was contacted shortly after leaving this review and they apologised for the delay and refunded me for the postage.
Ordered before 12.00 and paid for next day delivery. The order wasn't even dispatched till the next day and was eventually delivered 3 days after I ordered it. I've attempted to get in touch and ask for a refund for the next day delivery but I have so far been ignored. If you're going to order from them don't waste your money paying for next day delivery as they clearly have no intention of delivering the next day

I'm so sorry that we didn't provide tracking in a more timely manner. We ship to the USA using specialist agents and they don't issue tracking links until the whisky has cleared through US customs.
