We received a great customer experience from Lewis at Really Well Made - responsive, timely and friendly. Very happy with the pieces we bought and will definitely shop with them again.

We ordered two lights through Really…

We ordered two lights through Really Well Made. Due to Covid there were long delays on supply and delivery. RWM were always clear and friendly in communictions and offered us the chance to cancel with full refund. Customer service is the very best and I'd buy again from them without hestitation. the lights have now arrived and they were well worth the wait! They're stunning.

Exceptional, friendly l customer service

We recently purchase a HAY Mags sofa from Really Well Made, choosing to buy it from them due to the intuitive website and favourable reviews.

It's arrived, in the house and it's been such a pleasant experience. Everything from the comms when ordering, being kept up to date as it was being made through to the delivery (opted to have it brought into the house) and the after sales.

The Founders got in touch to help us with a query and handled everything with an honest, personal touch - made all the difference and validated our choice to purchase with them. So much so, we're ordering a few more things from them.

The reviews echo this if you read through. Also goes to show how valuable and rewarding it can be to buy from an independent store. Wholly recommend.

Excellent Service, Great Products.

Wide variety of furniture and home decoration and accessories by high quality brands and designers.

There are many online retailers which carry similar items in stock. However, with Really Well Made you get very speedy delivery and excellent customer service.

I have shopped with them on several occasions and am a returning customer due to the personal touch. It's so easy these days to miss out on the vital human interaction or find it challenging to access an actual person if something goes wrong or for advice.
Really Well Made offer a professional and friendly service. Their employees take ownership and initiative and most importantly follow through with their promises and delivery dates.

I will definitely shop with them again in future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personal experience in an online world.

Friendly and helpful!

While we had to wait longer than we'd thought to receive our furniture due to manufacturer delay, we'd totally purchase from Clare and the Really Well Made team again. They were responsive, helpful and friendly.

Thank you for the wonderful furniture!

Friendly excellent service.

I’ve purchased of few furniture items now, including an ex display Muuto Bar stool and I’ve always found the service and products excellent, the staff are always willing to give me advice and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended company.

Thoughtful Service

I've purchased from Really Well Made several times and have always been impressed with their customer service. The team is quick to respond to emails and provide good advice on their products. They package their items (specifically String) extremely carefully - which really matters. I say this having had multiple experiences battling other companies for refunds and exchanges who haven't been so thoughtful.

Terrible service

Terrible service! They were rude and charged me a service fee for returning an item that took months to be delivered. Not recommend! I will never buy anything from there again.

Dear Megan,

We are very sorry you feel this way. Your order was dispatched a few days prior to Brexit and delays were caused by new customs processes that were implemented almost overnight. You decided to cancel your order after it was already dispatched and processed to enter Sweden. We did not charge you for this, only for the £9.50 it cost us for DPD to bring the parcel back from Sweden to the UK.

Needed very specific items for a project. The Really Well Made website is easy to use and has accurate stock information which is great. Because this company cares about how you receive your items I experienced an unusual, but short delay to my delivery. But I was kept informed by helpful, honest and courteous staff throughout the process. My items arrived safely on an agreed date.

Fabulous design, service & product selection

Cornwall is not the easiest place to purchase designer furniture! having searched for months on line for the perfect sofa, I was very lucky to have stumbled on Really Well Made. The help and guidance I received made shopping for what is a pretty major purchase sight unseen, a very enjoyable process and a very successful one. I would highly recommend Really Well Made, the product selection and design advice is second to none. Thank you Lewis & team for making this winter for us a very stylish and comfortable one!!

Very personal customer service from my…

Very personal customer service from my favourite homewares site - it was very efficient, kind and they went the extra mile to get me my table delivered in the best way possible. Thank you Really Well Made. Very inspiring selection of brands and products - I'll be back!

Good customer service !

Good customer service! Queries were address and item was shipped immediately as indicated. The item was received ahead of schedule. In this current climate, customer service is paramount, especially for the smaller bespoke supplier, keep it up. I will be coming back to use this supplier.

I did a purchase online last month

I did a purchase online last month. It was a gift for my best friend. It was delivered on time.
The company is very customer oriented as I had an issue with the shipping company DPD with one of the items and Customer Service was understanding enough and managed to settle it. I do appreciate their help.
The website display is fantastic and they have an immediate chat service, which makes the communication so fast.

Light for downstairs.

I was looking for a light for my lounge but I couldn’t find anything really. Then a friend said I should have a look here. I found the right kind of pendants and also some bulbs which I was amazed last 12 years! Really happy with the shipping and speed of delivery. I will definitely shop here again.

Good experience... as it turns out

I enquired via their chat tool twice on different occasions if their mid season sale is still on. But I received the same answer twice, i.e. that they don‘t know if the sale is still on and that they would have to ask others who are currently unavailable. That was a bit suboptimal to begin with but then I got hold of Lewis Mitchell who is the owner and he helped out very quickly and in a straight forward manner. He also explained that not all of the staff are equally knowledgable... I ordered two throws and he applied the discount retrospectively which was very much a goodwill gesture and highly appreciated. So, I would say I had a great experience in the end and I also received the products the next day with tracked delivery and well packaged. Definitely would recommend and should you have any problems it's worth contacting Lewis at reallywellmade.co.uk

terrible customer service and unreliable website

I ordered a piece from the website (it says 1 in stock) and after a day of waiting they came back to say it's not in stock anymore. I was so disappointed as I was expecting to receive it within 24 hours (which was the delivery option). My response was 'you are joking?! I was expecting to receive this week. This is so disappointing. Why would you allow people to order when it's out of stock?'. Then they came back to do a screenshot to show me it's 'made to order with 4 weeks lead time' which is incorrect as it was showing 1 available when I ordered. Then I said to them they modified them intentionally and tried to change the website to prove me wrong. Now they said they made a mistake but couldn't serve me as a customer cause my tone was rude (seriously? When they tried to fool me with a screenshot the they clearly trying to fake that I was wrong?) You guys can judge by yourself to see if I were rude of what I said anyway. Not reliable - period. don't place the order! waste of time.

At Really Well Made we always try hard to ensure every customer is happy. Unfortunately very occasionally you will encounter a person like this reviewer. We kindly apologised to them to explain that there was a mistake with our inventory and in return we received abusive emails accusing us of patently absurd things like fabricating our stock levels.

In the end we did have the item but we explained to Mr Anson that we did not wish to serve him due to his aggressive and unreasonable nature. At this point he then posted his inaccurate review of our company - Probably because we were the only UK retailer with this item in stock and we wished not to sell him the product. From looking at his review history it is clear to see we are not the first victim of his malicious behaviour. It is also clear from his social profile that he works for/collaborates with one of our competitors. So this review should really be removed by the Trustpilot compliance team on those grounds.
