I am really happy with my ReBorn products. I’ve got the white washing up bowl and drainer. The quality is fantastic and it makes my kitchen look very stylish. I would definitely recommend.

Been using for a few months now and can’t imagine kitchen life without it. Simple, easy, organised and no stress.

I’ve just ordered a 2nd set for our utility room and recommended to all our friends.

My draining dishrack from Joseph & Joseph was really annoying me because the draining spout just doesn't stay on. After putting up with it for a number of years, I thought, enough, replace! I was rather taken by the Reborn products and eventually took the plunge with a bundle (plus an extra freebie!). It's excellent quality and does the job…sort of.

The dish-draining rack is next to useless. Plates (or anything) simply do not stand up as they do not go down far enough because of two extra unrequired supporting rods. I was on the verge of binning my J&J item, but I kept the rack (Reborn, please please have a good look at that, because it’s perfect) and use that instead of the supplied rack which will probably find itself at the recycling centre in the metal bin. The ‘prongs’ on the J&J rack are also narrow enough to be able to be able to up-end bottles so that they drain without falling over. With Reborn’s supplied rack this is impossible. A very frustrating rack, which is very disappointing.

Got the stone colour dish drainer when I got a new kitchen last year . Love it so much I've thought the stone colour bowl with side compartment attached .The quality is outstanding and they look expensive and stylish , I got the best quality kitchen so wanted quality to match

The product is even nicer for real than in photos. Great forward thinking environmentally aware company.
Washing up bowl design is perfect, the size leaves room to soak big pans in our large sink while allowing plenty of room for washing other pots/pans etc. I really like the legs and drain features and the handles! Such a usefully designed item. Also the colour is great.

Absolutely love this drainer it's so well made and extremely easy to keep clean as the water just quickly drains away. Kitchen looks so much tidier now.

Eventually bought the drainer whilst on discount after looking at for ages and unable to find anything the right size elsewhere. I’m not disappointed it’s just great, exactly the right size, super quality and included a beautiful metal dish drainer that is sleek, well made in lovely polished steel, and a cutlery drainer. All looks gorgeous on my granite worktop, I bought the pale grey.

We would highly recommend Reborn Homes to anyone who was looking for the types of products they sell. Unfortunately, we bought a product that wasn't suitable for the type of dishware we had in our home and so we needed to send it back. There was a bit of a mix-up with the order numbers which could've made the process difficult and stressful. However, we had regular communication (and apologies!) from the customer service staff at Reborn, and they reassured us at every turn. They made sorting the situation a priority and ensured we got issued our refund as quickly as possible. We may not have been successful in our first purchase with Reborn, but we experienced some of the best customer service we have ever had - and for that reason, we will definitely continue to be regular customers of this company! Special mention has to go to Lara - she worked continuously to ensure our situation was rectified, and kept us up to date of the progress the entire time. Thank you!

I can't write about the goods yet as I'm waiting for them to arrive, but the service has been first class. Lara in customer support helped me when the package didn't arrive and then was proactive in chasing it down for me. iIf the products are as good as customer service they will get a five star review!

I ordered a draining rack from Reborn Homes, and it was dispatched promptly. Unfortunately, we weren’t at home when the Post Office attempted delivery; they left the package outside behind the waste bin without informing us. By the time we found out, someone had already taken it.
I reported the issue to Reborn Homes, and Lara responded quickly and professionally. She immediately took the matter up with the Post Office and arranged for a replacement to be sent. It was a pleasure dealing with her—she provided truly first-class service.
My new draining rack has just arrived and I am thrilled with it.

Fast delivery and product arrived in excellent condition. Dish rack and drainer were just what I wanted they are very easy to keep clean and hold a lot of dishes and cups etc. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The quality of the items was absolutely outstanding… the plastic draining board and cutlery holder were solid and robust and the metal dish drainer was heavy and perfectly suited to the job.

Both the cutlery holder and drainer were designed to fit the grooves of the draining board so they wouldn’t move around when in use. The board itself is angled so that excess water runs off into the sink.

In an age when online advertisers seem to be able to make claims that are untrue it is refreshing to find a company that backs up its offer with products and service that are exemplary. The fact that they are environmentally sustainable is a bonus.

Communications before and after the sale have been excellent…. for example one email simply gave details of how best to clean/care for the items.

Overall the experience of buying from Reborn has been first class and I think the product represents excellent value for money.

I made an error entering my postcode so the package was heading off to an address 30 miles away. I emailed the company and not only did they assure me that it would be re-dispatched to the correct address if returned to them, they followed up with emails checking whether I was able to change with the courier, then another to advise that they had also checked and would I give a progress update if I had any news. Fortunately, the courier picked up the error and delivered to me earlier today. Excellent product - just what I needed. I'm still in a slight state of shock as it's been a very long time since I dealt with a company that demonstrates it actually really does care about it's customers.

We ordered a sink tidy from Amazon which unfortunately arrived without one of the pieces.

I contacted ReBorn and within 24 hours I had a response and then very quickly they were dispatching the missing part.

In manufacturing things happen but this is the great customer service that you want!

Great customer service from Lara - reached out about a replacement metal rack after losing the one for my dish drainer during a house move, and received a very quick response outlining the process. I received the replacement on the day she said they posted it out so they literally could not be working faster over there! Appreciated the updates throughout as well as the efficiency of the entire process, and many thanks to Lara for her friendly responses!

Overpriced overrated, products far smaller than they look. Toilet brush head does not fit standard handles. Very light weight plastic whether it is recycled or not- still plastic no great recycling deal. Not offered returns label customer must meet returns cost so customer will not know whether they will get refund or not??!! I did not ask to change the colour, I asked for a refund, parcel contained No return details or information on how to get refund. I was told on the website that I must meet cost of return.

I love my purchase it’s exactly what I was looking for, for my quartz countertops.
