Please stop sending me ridiculous offers from your non-viable company for my home! You are not even accredited! You're an undesirable solicitor. Your checks and letters are being dismissed. If you insist, in your deceitful approach, we will call the police and accuse you of harassment.

Received an offer of $85,000 and change for our house in a neighborhood where the last 3 houses that sold in the last year averaged $315,000. While what these companies do may not be illegal, they are certainly only looking out for themselves while screwing people out of 60-70% of their homes value.

What a low ball company trying to take advantage of people. They keep sending me a check trying to purchase my property for less than half of what I purchased it during foreclosure in 2015 and 12x less than what Zillow has it posted for. How about sticking these checks up your *** rather than in the mail.

I received a postcard from this company inquiring about purchasing my property. When I called, Mitchell answered the phone. When I informed him of receipt of their postcard, all he said was, "yeah." Then complete silence. When asked if he was still there, his response was "yeah, what about it." Complete waste of time, since he couldn't even carry on any sort of conversations! I wouldn't even give them one star.

There isn't a way to optout. They keep soliciting me, and the optout part of their website doesn't work. I've torn up at least five solicitations so far. Why would I sell my childhood home in this housing market??? Why would you even want to buy my home when the roof needs fixing? Do you have a better home to give me? What is it going to take for you to leave me alone??????

Now only was the intial, unrequested offer, lower than the first loan....Kristen I believe it was, claimed it was a generated number. I told them the house appraises for way more and simple realtor or redfin search would have shown that. Then her tone changed.

We've all heard spoken words loudly from Capitol Hill, words from politicians, and even U.S. Justice Department that "nobody is above the law." Believe those words then you're lost in a pasture of bulls hit.
Rebuilt Realty (a/k/a) Rebuilt Brokerage LLC are two names if you're a homeowner you should take heal to listen shapely, and just say No and forget those names exist. Their sole purpose is to offer purchase of what you've worked so hard to get, and now this company has individuals who specialize in harassment, lying, and making you feel as if your investment struggles was just a waste. Don't associate with stupid because if you do you'll be the one who was stupid by trusting the untrust with ones unfair business competition, which isn't legal in USA; so, if nobody is above the law why does these one of the same company's...still exist. It's simple those in government usually are lost in a pasture somewhere too.

Wish I could give Rebuilt 0 stars, my experience was absolutely terrible. It started with their marketing department sending me a check for one of the homes I own and it was an amount that was worth having a conversation. Chris let me know that the number wasn't attainable or even close. He called me back shortly after and said it was a "new program" and the number was valid. We set up an inspection and literally 10 minutes before the inspection Chris called to let me know (without a reason) that they would only agree to a sales price that was 15k lower. Later in a text I still have, Chris let me know that management simply was trying to get "more margin" in the deal. After we cancelled the inspection, his boss Patrick got in touch with me. After another apology, we agreed that with Chris out of the way we might be able to get a deal done. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. They had to cancel the next inspection because of a "new system" they implemented. This time they cancelled 5 minutes before the inspection was supposed to take place. We finally got the inspection done and they said they would agree to a price 13.5k lower than what was discussed up to that point. I could elaborate but will spare the additional details. Complete lack of integrity and honesty, I would beware talking to anyone from this company. Shame on me for continuing the conversation well beyond when I should have but I signed an intent letter at the original price that was worth talking about in the first place.

Why do you constantly bother me with letters trying to buy my home when it's not for sale? And then to insult me to boot quoting a value to my home that is $82,000 off from it's base value. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of people! There's a special spot in hell for you folks!

I am a very proud and grateful owner of my home. I have no interest in selling my home. I have not given you any indication that I want to sell my home that I am thankful and grateful to own. Please do not contact me again with a postcard of any phone calls. This is the second time I have opted out of this nonsense. My house may not look glamorous to you, but it's what God has granted me, so immediately take my name off of your mailing list!!!!

Lol they asked for $67,523 for my house. It's worth close to $200k anyone that falls for this they are stealing from you! Please check zillow or property websites who will tell you how much your property is worth.

I have been harassed by this company for a very long time. Unwanted letters in the mail and unwanted phone calls. Today I had enough. I received a postcard in the mail with a picture of my home. In the picture you see things I own. So everyone that handled that postcard seen my things I own. That means they know where I live the see my home and cars and trucks trailer and all my property I have in the yard/ driveway. I told them I will just come to your office and speak to the boss since you won't let me talk to them I was told they will call the cops and have me arrested. So it's ok to harass me yet no one of authority will hear me out. Shame on this company for the harassment and potential theft at my home. I have expensive items at my home plus I'm a single parent. There needs to be a lawsuit against this company for the unwanted harassment.

They're a scam company who will lowball your property. Why would anyone be foolish to sell to them when they could hire a real estate agent and sell the house for fair market value?

Would give em a zero if I could! They sent David Harter who is a nobody in realty holds no license of any kind to play the role of a real-estate agent. He asked why I was selling my home, I told him due to my 24yr old sons murder in 2022, couldn't bare to be here seeing as how I raised him & his sister n this home for 19 yrs. I told him he was killed by racist person so he mentions he knows the KKK (WHICH US HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNCALLED FOR TO SAY THE LEAST), has MMA friends & undercover body guards friends. I told him my family is NOT racist & drop that subject. He lied & said I told their lady Diamond that answers the phones that I wanted $205,000 for my home which is worth $285,000 yet I never spoke a word about price to anybody except him. Then I called him well within the 72 hours 3 day limit of cancelation to sell my home to them, he got mad because I called him at night, if he didn't want to talk at night he didn't have to answer he could have let it go to voicemail & put his phone on silence. After telling him I wanted to cancel deal his attitude got even worse & he started yelling at me, I told him you are not going to yell at me. I have the legal right to cancel within 3 business days & that's what I am doing. He said, we will talk about this tomorrow. I said no we will not, I am canceling right now. I hung up the phone & blocked his number & texted him telling him I wanted cancelation paperwork asap first thing in the morning. I didn't get those papers until late afternoon the next day. He offered $210,000 for my home without printing the offer & of which he deducted $2,000 from the cash buy offer for paint & flooring cause he didn't like either. In a cash buyer offer, they do not deduct any money for anything that's part of the perks of cash offers if u can consider a cash offer aka complete rip off is what cash offers are by over $60,000 rip off! The paperwork made it look like Rebuilt was canceling with me! David also ordered payoff paperwork from my mortgage company the same day I signed off to sell to them even though legally they are not allowed to do anything for 3 days due to the right of seller to cancel within 3 days. I emailed the company to inform them of all that I experienced with David & they were just as unprofessional as he was, of course! Strait up liars & crooks then tried to scare me by saying I was harassing them & if I emailed them again the would seek legal action. WRONG PERSON TO PLAY NARCISSIST GAMES WITH!!! TAKE ME TO COURT PLEASE SO I CAN TELL THE JUDGE WHAT YALL TRIED TO DO & HOW UNPROFESSIONAL YALL ARE & ALL YOUR HORRIBLE REVIEWS PROVE IT & I HAVE COPIES OF ALL THOSE REVIEWS TO TAKE TO COURT SO PLEAE DO ME THE FAVOR!! Been working with rebuilt they called the other day saying when could we come sign the paperwork for the closing set it for Thursday the 11 of July they called today saying they going have to push it back cause something going on with the lender. Come the 11 they will be in breach of contract .
