We're disappointed to receive your second one-star review of our service.
To elaborate on our response to your previous review, we have an obligation to make you aware of any refund amount offer we receive on your behalf and give you a choice to accept or reject the amount.
When we communicate an offer to a customer, we provide as much information as possible to assist a customer in making an informed decision.
As a result of our service, we secured three refund offers for you - which you instructed us to accept - resulting in three payments going into your bank account. We have acted on your instructions at all times.
Two were full refunds, meaning you got back every cent you had paid. The third refund was a full refund plus interest; you received more than double what you had paid.
With regards to our fee, as you know, we provide our service on a no-win, no-fee basis. You don't need to use a remediation service like ours; you can do this yourself.
We don't charge a cent to investigate whether banks or lenders sold you junk insurance or to make a refund claim. We only charge a fee when a claim is successful, so there is no risk for our customers when a claim does not result in a refund offer.
For those reasons, we believe our fee rate represents fair value.

I received a refund via Reclaimer, mid last year and thought that was the end of the process. They found my money and returned it. 3 months later, they send me an email as they have found more money.
Not expected but great that they are still actively looking for your funds to return, when it takes a while for all the business to get in touch with them.
