My parcel was delivered to your warehouse on 2 December. I have received no communication from your side whatsoever.
I want my laptop returned immediately. The lack of updates and support is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Fantastic product and customer service
Fantastic product and customer service. The quality of the laptop was excellent, there was not a mark on it. Delivery was very quick and communication clear and accurate. I would definitely recommend.

The phone turned up wrapped in bubble…
The phone turned up wrapped in bubble wrap with no charger, not what I was expecting, also used dpd for delivery who didn't even try to deliver to my front door, sent a pic of back gate then dropped to a shop for me to collect.as a disabled person with no immune system this puts me at risk which is why I pay for postage when Click and collect is free postage isnt. Tracking wasn't great either

Sorry the DPD driver missed you and redirected the parcel to your local shop — unfortunately that part is outside our control. You were sent the tracking number as soon as the item was dispatched so you could follow the delivery.
Just to confirm, the listing was for the phone only, and didn’t include a charger. We also wrapped the item in bubble wrap to ensure it was protected in transit.

Quality Dell kit but flat BIOS battery
Good quality Dell monitor and Optiplex micro form factor PC. Very quick delivery. Only 3 stars as there was a sticky residue on the front panel (maybe a sticker was over the front USB ports?) and, of more concern, I had to change the BIOS battery as the PC wasn’t retaining the time and day.

Excellent. Would recommend.
This is the first time I’ve bought a reconditioned device and I’m very pleased with it. It was delivered quickly and although the condition was described as ‘fair’ there were only minor scratches on the outside of the laptop. I specifically wanted a touchscreen and a new one would’ve been out of my budget so this is perfect and great value for money. It also makes me feel good that I’m helping the environment by buying a perfectly good used laptop. I recommend Recommerceit.

Excellent experience. First time buying a reconditioned computer and was a bit nervous. So pleased with what we got. 10 yr old sons first computer and he's over the moon with it. Never off the thing! All in excellent condition and packaged really well. Will definitely go to these guys again when the other 3 kids need a comp. Thanks!

Great hardware at great prices
Bought an XPS laptop recently from this company, works perfectly and is ideal for what I need at a great price. The screen on the laptop flickers now and again but I'm sure it's a driver issue after a recent reformat and windows 11 install and I generally only use it connected to a larger monitor over HDMI with no issues, would definately use again!
