I needed a refurbished PC
I needed a refurbished PC, bought one from a rival of Stone's, was disappointing so sent it back.
Mariane was extremely patient with my pedantic questions about buying a PC from Stone as I didn't want another disappointment.
Suffice to say when my Stone refurb PC arrived it proved to be perfect and exactly what I wanted.
Everything Mariane told me was 100% accurate and as a consequence can recommend Stone wholeheartedly.

Quality product at a reasonable price.
I purchased a Dell monitor to use with my laptop when at home. It was pretty much as new condition, and works perfectly. It was at a significant discount to original RRP. I am very pleased.

Great company
Great company. I've bought direct and through their eBay store, and every item (had several now!) has been of higher quality than I believe their grading system would let you think.
Most recent is a MS Surface Laptop 3 at C+ rating. In reality it had one little scratch underneath, two missing "feet" and some minor signs of wear... other than that it's perfect. Any other company that'd be at least B grade for a device of this age (they might stick some aftermarket feet on and then call it A grade!)

A fantastic buying experience
A fantastic buying experience. I selected the laptop of my choice, requested a RAM and SSD upgrade and received my computer just 48 hours later.
The laptop looked virtually new, came with a 12 month warranty and was amazing value for money. I have already recommended Stone Refurb to some of my friends and I would buy another machine from Stone Refurb without hesitation.

Ordered a PC and still no PC or refund
Ordered a PC. Payment went through, received a confirmation and advised 1-2 working days delivery.
Not received so chased. Told payment didn't go through, even though its clearly on my statement. Advised no longer in stock and a refund provided. Still no refund. Very poor service and communication.

Great quality Laptop 'Class B' but it is like new. Very helpful Chat Line when I made a mistake setting up. The laptop arrived quickly, well packaged and within hours up and running. I would not hesitate to recommend Stone Refurb

Unrivalled service, quality and value
Over the years I have bought a lot of tech from Stone Refurb including PCs, laptops and monitors. On every occasion I have been delighted by the quality, price and service. Awful company
Awful company. My refurbed laptop failed after three month regarding the battery. They stated the battery is only guaranteed for 30 days!! Who would buy a laptop that lasted 30 days!! Refused refund and wanted me to pay them for it to be fixed!!. Warranty advert on the webpage show 1 year warranty which is mis-advertising so beware before purchasing. Consumer rights act 2015 covers you for six months so the 30 days warranty is irrelevant. Reported to trading standards this afternoon re mis-leading advertising and not adhering to the consumers rights act. Will go back to using Dell direct, they would never treat there customers this way. First and last time I use them. Keep away from Stone Refurb

This is my second PC from Stone
This is my second PC from Stone. You can trust Stone 100% with your refurbished PC. The site is amazingly easy to use, and I like that you can upgrade parts to the refurbished PC and prices are exceptionally good I doubt you can find a better company.
The company will keep you informed with progress and when they have packed and handed over to delivered to your door. It is that easy.
Highly recommended for anyone who is new to computers or wanting a refurbish knowing that when you turn on the pc will work.
This is my second refurbished pc. My gaming one I had for 10 years and is still going strong showing how much faith you can have with Stone Refurbished PC.
