Recommerceit Avis

There was a problem with my purchase. They acknowledged it immediately, and arranged for the item to be collected by a courier and a full refund. They make a success out of a problem.

You are amazing and I love you

Great service couldn’t fault it

Laptop arrived in just 48 hrs . Easy to order .
Product is spot
On & good value

Laptop arrived not working then the company refused to give me a return and refund even with a 30day return policy and a warranty

The laptop was delivered very quickly after i ordered it online. It was, as described, in very good condition and works well. Excellent service and very good value for money. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have used recommeceit. Quick delivery. Laptops have both been in great condition despite being used. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant for the environment too.

Very good pricing and quick delivery within the uk 10/10

Excellent service as usual, and I'm very happy happy with the condition of the product.

Nice wallet friendly kit. Outstanding delivery. Dispatched Fri and delivered Saturday.

The screen is not able to touch and is very hard to get to the page we want

Laptop was as discribed. Very good condition.

Delivery updates are basic compared to the norm, when I called for an update they were lovely to deal with.

Very happy with my purchase

We purchased a DELL XPS laptop
Laptop was ordered on Friday, arrived Tuesday, so delivery is timely and was included in price.
Laptop is in excellent condition, it was sold as good.
Front and back case is totally unmarked.
Screen and keyboard look like new.
So physically all is impressive.
My tech team have not yet installed the laptop so I have no view on that currently.

Great spec laptop for more than half the original price. Apart from 1 hardly noticeable scratch on the top this A grade laptop arrived fast and extremely well packaged. I'd noticed I'd ordered the wrong size case and after a quick phone call they sorted it out. A few teething troubles getting it started ( due to my lack of computer knowledge) and after another quick phone call it was all good.
If you're after a great laptop with great service I'd definitely recommend giving these guys a shot

Love these guys, bought my fifth laptop for my family, we are on our second round over five years. You get enterprise quality laptops for personal use prices. Always immaculate and great value for money. We had a niggle with one and they replaced straight away, unbelievable customer service, thank you

Amazing prices, great comms, friendly helpful staff. Buy from these people - you'll be very glad you did.

Bought a refurbished phone, it was pristine, excellent price and fast delivery, highly recommend.plus 12 months warranty 🌟

My order was received promptly and well packaged. I had some teething problems with using the laptop with dual screens. I emailed and received advice, after trying a few things still no luck. The company arranged for a courier to pick up the laptop and they resolved the issues their end and returned the laptop promptly. They didn't request for me to pay for the courier costs and I was really grateful. Great service. Thanks

Laptop was exactly as described, great spec for a good price. Listed as Grade B refurbish but other than a couple of very slight marks on the shell there is nothing wrong with it at all. Very happy.
Requested a hold on delivery due to being away and this was honoured, with the machine arriving the working day after being shipped to my request. I did email just to check the delivery and got a response very quickly that confirmed my expectations.
