I contacted Higbee&Assoc. for help in clearing a felony conviction on my California record. Since I am now living out-of-state, I did not know where to go. They rose to the occasion and in, I think, around 6 months, my case was closed. The felony was reduced to a misdemeanor and expunged from my record. I was kept informed as to where my case was as it moved through the system. I am now able to go on with my life and do the things I want to do. Many thanks to Higbee&Assoc.

I was shock to even know i had this on my back good and has been for the last past 3 to 5 years, until i went in for a review at my job. (SHOCKED) was the word!! I know that what happened was wrong but the courts made it seems worst than what it really was without all the facts! That was number #1 because the other side had counsel and I didn't accept a deal per my court appointed attorney. Long story short I got GOT! no other way to say it. But I wasn't told this would affect me down the line if i wanted to change job's go to school and it did. I was told by my job you I know I trust you with all we have and you've been here for over 5 years you MUST fix this or you may lose this opportunity to move up or I could even lose my place here. I even went to buy a new car and was turned down due to this being there the letter stated possible legal issues. (REALLY). A record can miss a persons life up.

Looking on line i saw so many companies that said they can do it all, but this one company stuck out and YES I did my homework called a few times until finally I spoke with a young lady who promised me her company will honor what they say (in the world today who does not that many. Did they stand by the words listed on the web site YES and then some, when I explained I may lose my job and everything I have going in my life that's good these people went way beyond my thoughts I was scared and was preparing myself for the worst. I'm not sure if I may use names but they know who they are, my heart has been heavy since I found this out and speaking and dealing with them put my heart at ease. Once you get started follow the instructions look at you case on line very easy to do down load it on your phone you can always have it in your hands.. THEY get the job done trust me!! i'm not an easy person to get sucked into other people "o, they did this for me" but I swear on my Holy Bible they do.. Hey they not expensive either worked out great for me and they take payments too!!! whoot, whoot. My team was great I call them the DREAM TEAM you guys are great... They do just what they say when they say. Have patient but the job gets done..
again I love you guys with all my heart even to not have saw you face to face but I know heart to heart.. God Bless you all..Thank you again.

Having recently concluded my services with RecordGone.com I have nothing but positive things to say about their services offered to me during my dire time of need. I need my felonies expunged quickly because I'm finishing my degree and the staff and lawyers and RecordGone did an amazing job at meeting my needs. I had read many reviews of RecordGone prior to utilizing their services and can honestly say they are legit and professional. They operate out of Orange County and my case was in San Diego and they still handled it in a timely and professional matter. People complain about not having their expungement completed within 3 months or so, but this is not a quick matter and involves several processes by the courts. I have consulted other lawyers and they dictated that it would take up to 6 months. People complaining about the time need to realize this takes time and patience. This is an honest review and I stand behind everything RecordGone did for me. Thank you.

I'm not happy with this company and I don't understand how people on here saying they have gotten their expungement in three months when I been with them for three months and paid all my fees and haven't even got a court date something shady about these reviews and point is I held up my end but not receiving anything back and they have my money in full I give this company one star

I started my expungement process in April 2015, and only 3 months later everything was finalized and granted! I didn't even have to show up to court! They were very prompt with correspondence and their website was easy to navigate. They were courteous and professional, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to expunge their record.

I signed up with recordgone.com in Feb 2015. I filled out a questionnaire specifically stating that my charge was not in the TXDPS database, but rather at the community court where I live. It took them three months to "find" the case, despite me telling them exactly where it was from the beginning. Do you not read your own questionnaire?

It has now been almost 6 months, and nothing has even been filed with the court yet. I have contacted them multiple times and have been told they are "working on it" (for 6 months?) and that processing times are higher than normal.

Only giving them 2 stars because their website is easy to use.

Would not do business with again.
