Long wait time (5 weeks), no benefits to a trade account, product is just ok. Difficult to work with just using a knife. Ended up using a cutting disk and then shaving the edges.

Absolutely brilliant company to work…
Absolutely brilliant company to work with and stunning bathroom wall panels . I ordered wrong panels but Lauren sorted this out for me and arranged them to be uplifted , AND sent the correct panels all within a couple of days. Forgot to mention I live in Northern Ireland so the fact that they actually deliver here without charging an arm and a leg for delivery was a big plus . Thanks Reco but thanks especially to Lauren for 10 star customer service . 🙌😁

Great product. Very good quality. My builder was very impressed and asked where I had got the shower panel and how much it cost. He said it was really good and good value.

Awful company who are just not bothered
Awful company who are just not bothered. Wanted to buy some panels so sent a question to their email address.
No response, 3 days later, re-sent, no response.
Sent a Messenger message to day asking why they do not reply since I would like to order some panels but have a question.
Response was - please email - muppets.....
Now received a response on here saying they responded same day but this is a lie.

Customer service was fantastic but some issues
Customer service was fantastic, they answered all my questions and were mostly very helpful. The product itself was good, great quality and easy to install as stated on the website.
Reason it’s not 5* is with the particular type of boards I wanted I was concerned that you would see the joints as the pattern of tile wasn’t straight, I was assured that if you use clear sealant it would be ok. This is not at all the case, the boards have white vertical lines on the edges so this was incorrect information and not shown on website. Also the colour I ordered was not readily available (not mentioned when ordering) so after some weeks I contacted them and decided to choose a different colour as it was holding up my project.

We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly when you had specifically raised your concerns with us beforehand. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the white lines on the board edges and agree that this is something that should be made clearer on our website.
We’re also sorry that your original colour choice was not readily available and that you had to wait before contacting us and ultimately changing your selection. We understand how frustrating this can be when you’re working to a project timeline.

Wet wall installation was relatively straight forward and I am very happy with the product. My installer had reservations as it is thin but also very robust. As previously mentioned delivery is expensive but happy to support local business.
