Long wait time (5 weeks), no benefits to a trade account, product is just ok. Difficult to work with just using a knife. Ended up using a cutting disk and then shaving the edges.

I have not yet fitted the shower wall panels which were supplied by Reco Surfaces.
What I can say is the after sales customer support is first class after the first delivery was damaged during transit. One phone call from me to Reco and the damaged consignment was picked up and replacement panels delivered on a day I chose. Really happy I chose this company to deal with. I shall be using the panels just as soon as I have a time frame. Thanks once again Reco .

It was a quick solution to updating the kitchen and the end result was good. I measured up the job and allowed an amount for wastage as recommended but it became obvious that I would need more to finish the job. This was disappointing considering the delivery cost is excessive after all the cost of the product is quite expensive and I was now incurring an additional £50 for carriage.

The Review You Need to Read
I read with interest some of the reviews given to the product, but decided that this was an ideal solution for my utility and kitchen back splashes.
5 days from order and I had my metro tile back splashes delivered rolled up in large boxes, all packed and sealed.
I had ordered the 600mm wide sheets as these are easier to handle for back splashes.
Once I unpacked and unrolled these I left them for 24 hours and they were completely flat.
To cut I used a portable work bench and a mini grinder with 1 mm blade this went through the plastic like butter, odd tiny cuts and adjustments can be made with a knife.
I found that a large masking tape stuck onto the protective film made these very easy to mark out and cut, all sockets cut out very easily. Using an ms polymer mastic adhesive these stuck to the wall and simply pressed back, 24 hours later solid.
The look and feel is fantastic and no messy tiling.
Everyone who has seen the transformation loves them, would I buy again, Yes

Shower boards look great...
The look and style of the shower boards we purchased are great.
There was some confusion on your part with our order but it was resolved.
The instructions on how to fit weren't any different to any of the flat boards which wasn't helpful. After all, the boards look good and contain the water in the shower. 👍🏼

I was uneasy about the higher cost of Reco compared to other wall panels but these are really good quality and have made my shower quadrant look amazing.
I initially had some problems cutting the panels because I was using the wrong jigsaw bit. After getting a more appropriate one (fine-tooth downstroke), the panels cut fine. If you follow the instructions of leaving an expansion gap, using their tape, and using copious amounts of hybrid polymer adhesive, you'll be fine. Really happy and I'll definitely use them again for future projects. Thank you to Reco for the support when I initially had problems.

Reco panels are a great alternative to ceramic tiles but shipping costs are too high
Reco panels are a great alternative to tiles. I simply covered the existing tiles in a kitchen refurb I recently did and saved a massive amount of time compared to removing and refitting ceramic tiles. Once fitted, the panels look and feel like real tiles too.
I only dropped a star as the delivery cost is wild - £50 for a box that when costed with the mainstream couriers was coming in at £15 max. I could’ve done with an extra panel but I made do as it would’ve almost doubled the price with shipping!

Beautiful panels
I had ordered a few weeks ago and when I unpacked them realised I had received wrong wall panels. I phoned and spoke to Lauren and she went above and beyond to sort out new order and collection for next day.
