My daughter was the claimant but she has disability. They were happy to deal with me on her behalf and were very patient with her when she was unable to give information or sign paperwork .

Responsive and professional service
I used recovery assist after being hit by a car while on my motorcycle. Jayne dealt with my case and she did an excellent job. Communication was always fast and I knew what was going on and how long the next steps would take every step of the way.
I am very happy with the speed at which everything has been concluded.
I received vary fair compensation for my injury loss of earnings damage etc.
The proportion of my payout which went to legal fees is also very fair.
Overall I am very happy with the service provided and would use this company again.
