Taking the Next Step...
I wasnt actively looking for my next career move, but after my ex colleague mentioned my name to Richard and sent across my CV I knew from our initial phone call this could be a great opportunity and working relationship. Straight away , he made me feel at ease highlighted my key skills against the role and made the necessary tweaks needed to the employer to make me stand out! Taking the next stage, he always acted on my behalf offering support for my interview and contacting me as soon as it was done!
Moving into 2025, I have taken the next step in my career ladder and couldn't have done it with Richard and the team.
All agencies have jobs, not all agencies have the people first approach and making sure its the right fit for them. Professional, organised and always being there when needed. I Couldn't reccomend them more.
