Andy Ridley is extremely prompt and well organised as you might expect, but his style is very encouraging and supportive too.
He gently offers great support and carefully chosen comments to build confidence. His offers to help with interview prep and such things as virtual meeting platforms are sincerely meant.
The 'good luck' phone calls before an interview or meeting are very welcome and help tremendously, especially if, like me, you haven't been interviewed for a job in over a decade!
Not only are individuals like Andy very much 'on the case' all of his colleagues are informed of your status too, so whoever gets in touch, they are equally knowledgeable and helpful.

I was first contacted by phone about the role advertised. Everything was explained clearly and all I had to do was send my qualifications etc by email. Shortly after an interview was arranged which would happen via Microsoft Teams. I had an offer just 3 hours later with a slightly higher salary than expected. Overall, the process was extremely easy and everything was handled perfectly by all the team at Recruited UK. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new role!

Very helpful guidance in approach to interview

If I had the ability to do so, I would give Andy six stars!!

Throughout the process, he went above and beyond what any other consultant has ever done. He coached me, guided me, advised and directed me constantly. I received daily emails, phone calls and voice mails and basically, he was there for me at every single step of the whole process.

The last recruitment consultant I had the displeasure to rarely ever encounter, was visibly noticeable by her constant absence, to such an extent that I hadn't got a clue what was going on. I had to do all the work myself, calling and emailing them. The result was that I came into work on a day when, if she had done her job properly, I would have been informed that I was no longer required, as they had recruited a permanent person - whom I had told "must have got the room number wrong" and sent them away!!

By comparison, Andy has been a dilegent and dedicated driver of my success, there to virtually carry me through it all.

Honestly, I cannot find enough praise to do him complete justice.
