RUN DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!

I genuinely regret enrolling in this service.

I began working with DRC in February 2026. It is now September, and despite seven months in the program, DRC has not generated a single interview for me. To my knowledge, not one application has been submitted on my behalf since May--not one.

I understand that no recruiting service can guarantee employment or interviews. That is not my complaint. My concern is the service I paid for and what I actually received.

After Erica stepped away (praying for her), I went more than a month without hearing from Udochi. I accommodated changes to our recurring meetings to fit his availability, yet received little substantive follow-up about my search.

I also routinely identified opportunities myself and sent them to the team for tailored materials. On multiple occasions, days passed before I received them. When deadlines or timing could not accommodate those delays, I created and tailored my own resumes and cover letters and applied myself—doing the very work I had paid DRC to help take off my plate. Even materials I did receive sometimes contained errors, generic language, misaligned metrics, or positioning I had to correct.

This was particularly difficult because DRC knew how much I was balancing: prolonged unemployment while completing my doctorate, working part-time, caring for my disabled mother, and managing my late father's affairs. I did not expect special treatment or DRC to solve those circumstances. They were precisely why I paid for professional support I could trust without having to constantly manage, chase, and correct the service myself.

Instead, far too often, this became one more thing I had to carry.

What makes this especially heartbreaking is that I tried repeatedly to make this relationship work. Earlier in the program, I posted a negative review after experiencing significant service issues. When DRC communicated how upsetting that review was for them, I removed it in good faith. I gave them more time, continued communicating, continued sending opportunities, and genuinely believed Udochi and I had finally turned a corner.

Unfortunately, the service did not improve. In fact, its 10x worse than before.

I did not need DRC to save me. I needed them to provide the service I paid for: timely applications, professionally tailored materials, communication, follow-through, and an active partner in my search.

After seven months, I cannot say that is what I received.

I have repeatedly requested a refund and an opportunity to leave the program without resolution. I have retained emails, Slack messages, dashboard/application records, meeting communications, and resume drafts documenting my experience.

I cannot recommend DRC based on my experience. At this point, I am no longer asking them to repair this relationship or continue providing services.

I simply want to be released from the program and receive my refund.

“Avoid this service

“Avoid this service: the integrity and principles and ethics you expect simply aren’t there.” Good morning Udochi, On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at approximately 1:27 PM, we spoke by phone regarding my refund. This follows several previous emails and phone conversations in which you informed me, each time, that I would receive a full refund of $2,750.00 back to my credit card. That has not happened. In a previous email, you or someone else from your company, Dynamic Recruitment Consulting (112 W 34th Street; denied me the refund. On our call on July 14th, I asked if you could send me in writing confirming that I am entitled to a full refund. You agreed to do so. I then asked when I could expect that confirmation email regarding the full refund to my credit card. You told me you would send it "tomorrow afternoon," meaning sometime in the afternoon of July 15, 2026. I have not received any email from you as of 11:57 am on 7-16-2026. This is very unfortunate, and it is forcing my hand to escalate this matter including posting about this experience on social media and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to make them aware of your company and this level of service. I would still prefer to resolve this directly and in good faith. Please send written confirmation of the full refund by [date/time you want to set as a final deadline] to avoid further escalation. No refund at all!!! Thank you, Tom

Avoid

I really wish I didn't have to leave this review, but I feel compelled to make sure that people don't work with Udochi and Dynamic Recruitment Consulting. I was hired as a salesperson for this organisation and I ended up leaving because of the bad business practises I saw behind the scenes.

I was disturbed by the blatant disregard to client emails and flat out ignoring people that had been asking for meetings for weeks or months. Many clients are extremely unhappy with the service and there are several negative reviews online that go over this in detail.

Now some people do get jobs don't get me wrong. The problem is it is not the majority and there are a lot of clients that are extremely unhappy with the service. Hence the reviews.

Luckily I left when the company only owed me several hundred dollars (and not significantly more) - and at the time of writing this review over two months later I have not been paid and I'm expecting not to be paid.

I really wish I didn't have to write this but if anyone is thinking of working with or for this company I'd highly advise against it.

Unpaid wages since December 2025

I am writing this review because I have been trying to resolve an outstanding payment owed to me by this company since December 2025.

I was assured that I would be paid, but despite repeated attempts to follow up, I have still not received the money I am owed. The manager, Erica Kahn, initially communicated with me regarding the payment, but has since stopped responding to my messages.

I am disappointed that after completing my work, enduring months of late payment and waiting for several months, I have had to resort to publicly raising the issue simply to get a response.

I am asking the company to resolve this matter and pay the outstanding amount owed to me. I would be happy to update this review once the issue has been properly resolved and if they do not, i am ready to escalate this matter to the necessary autorities.

$2,750 Lost - False Advertising, Zero Services Delivered, 27 Days of Silence

I paid $2,750 to Dynamic Recruitment Consulting (DRC) in June 2026 for their Premium Career Concierge package. After six weeks I received almost none of what was promised.

DRC's Instagram marketing explicitly claims hourly monitoring of applications, daily outreach to companies, access to hidden roles through their proprietary network, and one-hour response times. None of these were delivered.

Their own Monday.com CRM confirmed that the overwhelming majority of applications showed a status of "Form Not Completed", meaning their automated application system failed entirely. Zero networking emails were sent. Zero warm referrals were made despite this being the core selling point pitched to me directly by the founder.

A cover letter written on my behalf for a real role was addressed to my previous internship position, an error I caught myself. Documents containing another client's personal information were embedded in my deliverables. My resume was delivered stating I was still pursuing my degree despite having already graduated.

The founder cancelled a scheduled call because he was in a "flow state." There were multiple instances of 4+ day silences and ultimately 27 consecutive days of complete silence.

I sent a formal refund demand on July 27, 2026. No response was received. I have since filed a complaint with the New York Attorney General's Consumer Frauds Bureau and New York Small Claims Court.

I am sharing this to protect others considering DRC's services. The gap between what is advertised and what is delivered is significant and well documented.

This is a disaster waiting to happen…

This is a disaster waiting to happen and spending any money on these guys is utter madness. These people are incompetent, clueless, totally disorganized, with no knowledge of recruitment or any connections within the local community to get even a telephone interview done.

During the time that I had the bad luck of signing up with these people I found out that they can’t even write clearly what to talk of producing a CV which would stand out.

Absolute lack of communication, utter absence of any CV writing skills and on top of that they don’t even do what they tell you that they would do once they are signing you on.

They took 4 weeks to produce a CV which was even worse then the original one, did not even touch LinkedIn profile despite repeated claims from day 1 that it was an essential part, did not organize a single meeting/progress update during the 8 months and were not able to get any interview whatsoever.

During the time I started using my old CV and got interviews on that CV rather on their advised and designed format which was totally useless from the start.

My sincere advice to all out there is NOT to waste your time and money with these clowns. They have no idea about recruitment and the related process and on top they have severe reliability and integrity issues as well as to their professional competence in this field.

Stay away guys… or you will be sorry and would have wasted money on these absolute novices.

Avoid This Company

Avoid This Company: A Complete Scam and Broken Promises
My experience with DRC has been an absolute nightmare and hands down one of the worst financial and career decisions I have ever made. I was initially hesitant because the program demands a massive upfront investment, and my instincts were right—they completely took my money, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it.

For several months, I have been strung along with nothing but fake promises and overhyped "big dreams" that never materialized. In over two and a half months, I went from hopeful to completely deceived. There were no multiple interviews, no strong opportunities, and absolutely no job offers. Despite today's tough market, the team did not fight for me at all. Instead, they took the funds and went completely radio silent.

What is even more frustrating is the total lack of support. Far from having a "professional team in your corner," I have been completely abandoned. The founder, Mr. Udochi, is actively hiding and dodging communication after making endless false promises. He and his team—including Dalianny—only excel at making you wait while delivering zero results.

I deeply regret falling for their pitch, and I would strongly warn anyone to stay far away from their Premium Career Concierge program. It is an expensive trap of false hope, broken commitments, and missing leadership. IT IS ALMOST 8 MONTHS AND STILL NO SUCCESS WITH THEM, Save your money and look elsewhere. My name IS DANIEL KHAN

SCAM ALERT: All services are largely undelivered, followed by ghosting!

I purchased DRC’s $2,750 Premium Career Concierge service and paid two installments totaling $916.66. After more than six weeks, the core services I purchased were still largely undelivered.

My experience felt like a three-stage sales-and-service runaround:

1. A salesperson sold me the premium concierge package.

2. An assigned consultant completed some initial resume materials, but the promised ongoing job-search work never meaningfully materialized.

3. DRC’s owner took over, acknowledged and apologized for the lack of progress, made detailed promises to correct it, failed to fulfill those promises, and eventually stopped responding.

DRC repeatedly committed to submitting at least 25 applications per week. I personally reviewed approximately 60 recommended random positions and authorized DRC to proceed. After six weeks, I could verify only one submitted application and saw no meaningful evidence of the promised recruiter or referral outreach.

The owner later specifically committed to completing 55 outstanding applications, conducting 75 referral outreaches, updating the Monday.com tracking board, and providing my mock-interview transcript and feedback. None of these commitments was completed.

My emails, Slack messages, and other follow-ups went unanswered while the contact number only goes on a voice mail. An agreed weekly meeting also did not happen because DRC never sent the invitation despite repeated requests.

The limited work completed consisted mainly of a resume revision and one mock-interview session where the owner came in a bunch of behavioural questions written by AI. I never received the promised transcript or feedback from that interview.

My complaint is not that DRC failed to guarantee me a job. My complaint is that the work I paid for—applications, recruiter and referral outreach, interview preparation and feedback, activity tracking, weekly meetings, and basic communication—was largely not performed.

The pattern remained consistent: promises were made, deadlines passed, the work did not appear, and another apology or assurance followed. Eventually, the company ghosted me completely.

I terminated the service and requested a refund of the $916.66 already collected. That money has not been returned as of this review, forcing me to dispute both charges through my card issuer.

I have retained the agreement, invoices, complete email history, Slack communications, tracking-board records, written commitments, missed-meeting evidence, and termination notice supporting everything described here.

Based on my experience, I would not trust DRC with my money, personal information, accounts, or job search. Unfortunately owners like these are simply preying upon the desperate job seekers that are often already under significant financial and emotional pressure. Please protect yourself and look elsewhere.

So disappointing, I feel a bit scammed

I hired DRC's highest-tier “Premium Career Concierge” package after months of job searching, and I'd caution anyone considering it.

I had high hopes in the beginning. I met the owner in person at a run club, and he seemed genuinely passionate about what he does and invested in helping his clients succeed. But after sign-on and the first few weeks, I never heard from him again. For context, I started working with them at the end of January and concluded in early June.

It took nearly a month just to finalize my resume, and months more before anything resembled the service I paid for. I did not receive a single interview invitation, or even a response. Things went wrong repeatedly, and as the client I was the one left pushing for fixes and answers.

Applications were submitted on my behalf with my information wrong, and I eventually had to review everything myself before it went out. My messages routinely went unanswered and calls were hard to schedule (some canceled with no explanation), so I spent most of the engagement chasing basic updates.
My LinkedIn — which the package advertises as “done for you” — was never even touched. The “1:1 strategy calls” they promise never happened; there was no real guidance on positioning, networking, or career direction.

In the end I ran my own search and landed a job entirely on my own, which is exactly what I was paying them to do for me.

A frustrating and expensive experience. I wouldn't recommend it.

What did work for me was utilizing AI (shoutout Claude) and my existing community and network for resume review, mock interview sessions, and general moral support. If you're genuinely looking for coaching and tailored job-search assistance, there are other companies out there I'd trust over DRC. I wish I had shopped around and considered other options before handing over such a large sum.

On the way to a new job!

My name is Gabriel, and I have both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree. Even with that, I was having a much harder time finding opportunities than I expected. After months of applying on my own, I realized I needed a different approach.

From my first conversation with the team at DRC, I felt like they understood exactly where I was coming from. They took the time to learn about my background, completely revamped my resume, helped me improve my overall job search strategy, reached out to employers, scheduled interviews, and coached me throughout the process.

The biggest difference for me was having a team behind me in all honesty. Instead of trying to manage everything myself, I could focus on preparing for interviews while they handled a lot of the work that usually takes hours every week on the backend. It made the whole process far less stressful.

Everyone I worked with was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. I never felt like I was just another client.

If you’re struggling in today’s job market, I’d definitely recommend DRC. Their system works, the support is excellent, and I genuinely believe it was worth the investment. Thank you again to the entire DRC team for everything they’ve done. I truly appreciate all of their hard work, and I’ll be recommending them to anyone in my network who could benefit from their services.

I really needed this company’s help because I was trying to transition out of my current job. Unfortunately, they were consistently late on deliverables, and communication was minimal. I ended up submitting applications on my own, and when they finally revamped my LinkedIn, the quality was poor. I’m very disappointed. the caliber of service was far below what I expected

Terrible employers

This company sells the idea of a “dream job,” but the reality as an employer is extremely concerning.

A close friend of mine worked with them under unacceptable conditions, he was expected to work seven days a week with no clear limits on working hours, and was contacted as early as 6am for work-related demands. The situation became unsustainable and negatively impacted his well-being, which is why he decided to leave.

After resigning, they failed to pay him for the time he had already worked. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no resolution. I had previously posted a review about this some weeks ago, and they told him that if I removed it, they would proceed with payment, which did not happen!

Instead, they attempted to make him sign an agreement with clear inconsistencies: a lower amount than what was actually owed and payment in installments over a month. When he requested fair corrections, all communication stopped.

From my perspective, this felt like a deliberate attempt to delay and avoid fulfilling a basic obligation.

I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution. Based on this experience, this is not a company I would consider trustworthy.

Wonderful Experience if you value your next career move

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Dynamic Recruitment Consulting (DRC) genuinely deserves one.

After being laid off from a Fortune 500 company after nine years, I spent months applying on my own, getting automated rejections, and seeing little traction. With ATS filters and hundreds of applicants per role, the process quickly became discouraging.

I was skeptical about DRC at first, especially given the investment, but after doing my research and speaking with the team, I decided to move forward — and I’m glad I did.

What impressed me most is that DRC isn’t an “auto‑apply” service. It’s a true concierge. They handled applications, tracking, interview prep, and strategy, but more importantly, they brought a human element that most services lack. The team was professional, responsive, and organized from day one, which gave me confidence early in the process.

The consistency of applications, the quality of interview preparation (especially the 30‑60‑90 day framework), and the overall structure made a noticeable difference. I went into interviews far more prepared, intentional, and confident.

Within about two months, I sharpened my interview skills and received two strong offers. The role I ultimately accepted came with a high six‑figure salary and a much better long‑term fit.

The experience was strong enough that I’ve already recommended DRC to a colleague.

Another standout is that their support doesn’t end when you get the offer. Their “90 Days of Excellence” plan helps ensure a smooth transition and a strong start, which shows they’re invested in long‑term success, not just placements.

This service isn’t for everyone, but if you’re a serious professional who values your time and wants a structured, effective approach to landing the right role, DRC is absolutely worth considering.

I hired Dynamic Recruitment Consulting…

I hired Dynamic Recruitment Consulting at a transitional moment in my life, I was relocating from Tampa to Nashville, and I knew I didn’t have time to manage an effective job search on my own. I chose DRC’s Premium Career Concierge package, and from day one the team was incredibly responsive and on top of every detail. Their structured approach to resume writing and information gathering helped me communicate my experience more clearly, and having them handle the full application process removed a huge amount of stress.

The mock interview coaching was especially valuable. They gave me honest, direct feedback that made a real impact in my interviews. I also appreciated their payment model of half upfront and half only after landing the job.

Thanks to DRC, I secured a new Senior Product Manager position with greater stability, better team relationships, and fantastic pay. Looking back, I would absolutely hire them again. They delivered exactly what I needed at exactly the right time.

Thanks again for your help, your trust, and our continued relationship.

My experience with DRC

Working with Udochi, Erica, Dalianny, and the entire DRC team has been one of the best career decisions I’ve ever made. I was initially hesitant because the program is a real investment, but it paid off faster and bigger than I imagined.

In about 2.5 months, I went from uncertainty to having multiple interviews, several strong opportunities, and ultimately a job offer that far exceeded my past salary. In today’s market, I genuinely didn’t expect that kind of jump, but the team fought for me every step of the way, especially during salary negotiations.

What surprised me even more is the ongoing support even after getting hired. Through my 90-day excellence period, they’ve been checking in, offering guidance, and helping me navigate the tougher moments of the transition. It feels like having a professional team in your corner at all times.

I’ve already referred people to DRC. I’m grateful I was accepted into their Premium Career Concierge program, it was definitely worth it.

While I have not hired the services of…

While I have not hired the services of Dynamic Recruitment Consulting, I have had the opportunity to develop a professional relationship with the founder, Udochi D. Okoro. Udochi is one of the members of an organization I founded called Entrepreneur House, an invite-only global community designed for high-performing entrepreneurs with 7, 8, or 9 figure businesses who are carefully vetted for excellence.

Based on my experiences with Udochi, I can say with confidence that he embodies our three core values: 1) service-driven generosity, 2) integrity and accountability, and 3) authenticity. He consistently demonstrates these values in the way he shows up for others, and it is clear to me that they also carry over into the way he leads and delivers results through Dynamic Recruitment Consulting. This alignment of character and leadership makes him someone I trust and respect at the highest level.

When I first reached out to Dynamic…

When I first reached out to Dynamic Recruitment Consulting, I wasn’t sure how effective they could be given my unique background. I was born in Colombia, raised and educated in Miami where I studied Marketing at Florida International University, and after several years of running a marketing agency that helped South and Central American companies grow their markets in the United States, I was seeking career opportunities in Europe.

With DRC’s support, I now hold a diplomatic post based in Paris, France and regularly travel to NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium where I advocate for economic interests that benefit my home country of Colombia. The journey from where I started to where I am today has been remarkable, and I credit much of that progress to DRC’s guidance.

I was initially drawn to DRC because of the international background of its founder, Udochi, his relentless commitment to seeing challenges through to completion, and the dedicated support of team members like Erica and Olivia. My experience with DRC truly embodied the saying Udochi constantly reminded me of: “If people are not laughing at your goals, you are not dreaming big enough.”
