The worse experience ever. First they sent wrong item (of course delivered very late as that is normal for them). Then item itself didn't work. Then a lot of follow up for placing replacement order. It's month over, till now no replacement and no response to emails. Never had such horrible experience with any online purchase.

Found their website online when looking for refurbishers in India. Clearly didn't do enough research to know that they are extremely fraudulent. I bought a laptop from them which arrived in an extremely poor condition. Scratches on the screen, gunk in the ports, extremely scratched interior and missing all the feet. I tried to contact their customer support which was a monumental task in its own, it takes them an average of 24 hours to reply to a single query, so a conversation with them would take actual weeks. Once I got them to agree to take the laptop back, they took the laptop for a month and then sent it back, citing "We found no problems", clearly wrong as even the power adapter they sent back was broken and didnt supply any power. After that I had kept communicating with them for months and months telling them either give me a new laptop or refund me the amount. They were willing the "check" the laptop again if i paid for shipping it to and from. As for the refund, the specifically kept the communication extremely slow, so that they could avoid the 1 week money back policy. After a while I just gave up, as I got busy. Do not buy from them if you want a decent laptop, and if you have any problems, you have a non existent customer support.

I lost 16500 by paying advance to Recyclekart. Didn’t received the order yet. It’s been 2 months

they are scammers. I purchased a product and that product was damaged and after so many attempts they make a reverse pickup by themself and now they are saying that they haven't received the product, and denying my refund, even their logistic partners are with them only, they don't share any information of the courier(shiprocket)
never ever purchase from them. I lost my money

I order prepared ((they are thief))didn't deliver and even not responding now, 4 months gone I have all kinds of payment and conversation proof....

They are telling that lost product and not refund. This is scammer in market

Don't buy any product from recyclekart.com this is fraud site recently i purchase lenovo laptop they sending me damage product then I complaint to recyclekart they arrange reversal pickup i return my product but recyclekart sent to me same product on same condition then they are not return product they told me sent self product

Very bad experience don't go with this company

Their 1 year warranty is real. I got some issues in my pc after 6 months and I contacted them for warranty claim and their support team helped me through the warranty claiming process and I got my pc repaired at 0 cost. Awesome 👍 experience

Ordered a thinkpad it took some time, which was okay. It had issue from the start, the keypad wasn’t getting detected but will work after several restart. I decided to live with that but after few weeks it went completely dead. So I reached out to them and they asked me to ship them. Shipping a laptop is expensive but I decided to ship it. They fixed the issue and the send it back - still the keypad was not getting detected but via external usb keyboard I managed. During the second repair they send a different battery - not Lenovo so the laptop was not charging. I again reached out to which they asked me to ship the battery, that’s when I said “I am done with this shit”. Please avoid

I bought a mini PC with an i3 7th generation processor, but its base clock is stuck at 0.79 GHz instead of the original 3.90 GHz, which makes it practically unusable. There was also a problem with the power supply they provided. I keep getting the message “AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined” every time I boot up the PC.

They asked for a screenshot and tried to resolve the issue over a video call but failed.

Right now they have said that they will replace the mini pc. I will update whether that happens or not.

UPDATE:
They have replaced it with a new mini PC and it is working perfectly fine now.

The unethical sale was done on 8th August' 2025. No Response & No Refund as on today (13-10-25)...

Please don't trust them at all. They are very much active on their social media. Have shared my reviews on their Instagram, LinkedIn & X. But they have deleted all my messages and blocked me from there.

Have tried to contact Vayu Jain several times on his email and cellphone. But he neither picked the call, reverted to Whatsapp and emails nor responses back.

After sale service is very very bad. you will not get any service after payment. They will neither deliver your product nor refund you. Buy at your own risk.

Don't Buy any thing from here , they don't give refund in case of un delivered, defective...same problem face by friend they don't give easily refund from last three month.... Try naya jaisa, New Jaisa these are very good in service.....

Please don't buy anything in this side it's very difficult to get your refund in case of directive & undelivered.. Please avoid it..

Avoid to buy any product from this company,,, they are fraud. they don't give refund easly in case of not delivered or defective. My last experience was very bad i get my refund after three month when i call them more than 100 times, multiple mail, cybercrime complain etc... Before you buy think 100 times... If you want Refurbished item then try NEW JAISA, NAYA JASA, CASHIFY etc....
