Scam Artists
If I could, I’d give negative stars. In my experience, this company is extremely untrustworthy. Don’t sell your gold here. I would strongly advise against using this service. It felt like dealing with scam artists, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We are sorry you were disappointed with your offer but there is a limit to the value of less than half a gram of 9ct gold. It is rare that we are unable to make a deal work for both parties but when that is the case, we will return items free of charge as long as there is at least 10g of precious metal - otherwise there is a £15 admin fee. This information is on the website and in our Terms and Conditions.

Very impressed with their prompt service, I sent my gold items with their tracked delivery through Royal mail and the day they received items offered me a sum which I was happy to accept and the sum was transferred to my bank within minutes,so would highly recommend RecycleOldgold.co.uk

We understand it can be disappointing when an offer doesn't meet expectations but unfortunately the purchase price has little bearing on the scrap value and we are unable to pay for gold plated items.

AMAZING service.
I was not sure when I posted the gold, whether I would get the money or never seem the items again. But my worries were unfounded. They contacted me the following day, giving the valuation. I agreed with the offer and within minutes the money was in my account. Absolutely amazing !!!
