And coz I complained they then set their HR or some woman to attack me verbally. I guess attack is the best form of defence. I repeatedly asked if my account was closed and no money left. No reply. And fortunately found out they still had some money of mine. Oh dear. I would complain formally to the ombudsman but they aren’t worth it. Wasted enough time being beaten up by them. Odd seeing I’m the customer.

Good company, my shareholdings were well managed, understandable reporting and summaries available on line, quick access and up to date. In particular my account manager Rameen was excellent- promptly responded to and executed on my queries, and great at explaining any complex items. Fees a little high for me and my portfolio.

Timely Administration of an Estate.
I needed a company that was able to provide a service to trade holdings on foreign stock exchanges under PoA. Later on I needed to liquidate the foreign holdings as executor of an estate. These functions can often prove difficult in the tight regulatory framework in the world of finance. I was delighted that the Hereford office provided an excellent service in all aspects. Communications were excellent and they made the process of executing my wishes as simple as it could be without any undue delay. An excellent service in this specific area and one I would highly recommend.
