Really disappointed with the overall…
Really disappointed with the overall experience in this company. Payment is really poor compare to the amount of task you have to complete.It’s take much more longer time to complete a job than they actually pay for the job . Also they put my account on hold without even informing me due to some unintentional mistake . Overall a big no to this company as it’s manipulating with people hard work and give them lowest possible reward !!!

Waste of time
They ask for all of your details including passport, National Insurance number, bank details and then when you've done all of that there are no jobs until you complete their "e-learning" even if you have years of experience. Or maybe you'll just waste loads of time doing the e-learning and there will still be no jobs - who knows?
I thought you got training after you start a job, but now apparently you now have to learn how to work in Tesco before you'll even be considered for a job.

Hi Louise, sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. The right to work checks are a legal requirement I'm afraid and must be completed before any work can be completed. We encourage our workers to use our free e-learning courses. Bank details and national insurance number is not a mandatory section until you complete a job as we need this to pay you. Do not waste your time
Work timings are severely unstated for completing jobs, and even if you take your time and go above and beyond, you get 1 star reviews for jobs, I would not recommend

Andrew apologies if you have not had a great experience. The hirer sets the call times etc and issues your rating. To have received a 1 the hirer must have felt that the job didn't go to plan, maybe there has been a misunderstanding? If you email sue@redwiwgam.com she will look into the issue for you.
really good company to get work
really good company to get work. process is simple and easy to navigate. they always provide jobs on a regular basis and you can decide when to get paid either weekly or monthly. Highly would recommend.

I have completed a few mystery shops for Redwigwam and I have found each one fun and exciting. The instructions of each assignment are clear and precise and the pay is one of the best in the industry. A great company to work for to gain a bit of extra Cash!!

Great company to use, job opportunities are sent to your email and you have a dashboard that you can accept or decline depending on your preference, I have the need for some adhoc part-time hours at the moment and have found this easy to use and the company are prompt payers all a very smooth process!

The best company for extra work
This is probably one of the only companies i know that are real and offer you work and pay you straight away. My work load was cut in half over the lockdown. So i started to take on work from Redwigwam. They are very helpful and have very easy reporting app. Always enjoy the work as its different everytime. And i reckon you get more than what you work. The freebies from product testing.

Very good company and as well as being client orientated they look after their workers, being there when needed or if a slight issue should arise, they are there to help resolve it. Quick responses and quick payment process. I would highly recommend teaming up with this company whether a hirer or worker both receive a very good service.

Great to be back
It's lovely to be back out in the field again working with RedWigWam doing a variety of different jobs. It's easy to click on jobs then fill in the reports and submit the results using the app. Very quick to pay out when jobs have been approved. Looking forward to there being more jobs as things start to open up again.
