The welcome package was very nice. Of course winning makes the experience great but I do love the layout and it's very similar to it's sister sites such as Sportzino and WinBonanza which are both in my top 10 sweeps casinos. Verification was quick and once verified approval was quick, about 3 days with funds supposed to hit within 5 business days but I bet will hit sooner. I really like this casino and will continue to play it!!

They work just as well as their sister sites, zula, etc etc. However, for whatever reason I'm unable to have the first purchase bonus which everybody else gets for some reason, but they keep telling me that certain regions have certain offers or whatever I have no offers. I just said just the regular plain old packages that they would have if you've been there forever, which is extremely frustrating because what's the point of even trying to make a purchase? I've won a couple times but I'm not going to spend any money because I don't have a welcome offer

The absolute worst
The absolute worst, these guys and all sister companies are pure con artists. Games are ass and don't ever pay, probably rigged knowing these horrible people. Stay away cause they will steal your money for sure.

I use the same working documents and many other gaming sites. reelzappy used auto capture and failed both times. then locked attempts at uploading and trying again after it caused its own failures.
this is where a good gaming site would step in and manually help.
instead I was met with notice of escalation and no progress for 3 days now. I would not recommend this site. poor customer service and slow redemption times. that is if I even get it
update: my 'case' is still escalated...2 days later
