reffbox.com Avis

Reffbox is crooked. DO NOT FALL for the lies. They claim to provide Realtors with "double verified" referrals, but have not delivered one legitimate lead to me for 6 months. I was supposed to receive 4-6 per month. I have expressed my frustration with Sam Harris on multiple occasions. He repeatedly promised to make changes in order to begin generating leads and clients. He hasn't delivered one single legitimate referral. I have received zero business for my $649. AND...he has guaranteed from day 1 that if I was unable to close one transaction in the 6 month period, my $649 would be refunded, no questions asked. Guess what??? The 6 month period has passed, and now he won't even return my emails. DO NOT fall for this dishonest company. They are a SCAM. Apparently its so bad, they changed their name on Trustpilot to "Solar New Jersey".

FOR REFFBOX REAL ESTATE:
Real Estate Agents: Beware of Reffbox’s Empty Promises

As a real estate professional, I trusted Reffbox to deliver vetted, high-quality leads. What I received were unresponsive contacts who never returned calls — not once did a lead convert or even engage. I gave the company multiple chances to improve, including one final opportunity after speaking with Sam at Reffbox. He personally assured me the experience would be different if I removed my negative review. Unfortunately, nothing changed. The leads were just as poor, and the promises just as hollow.

Customer service was equally frustrating. Calling Reffbox directly led nowhere — no one ever answered. Instead, I’d get a callback from my contact overseas, who couldn’t resolve the issues. I voiced concerns about the lack of professional support, but they were ignored.

This company does not stand behind its product, nor does it offer genuine customer care. I’m writing this to warn fellow real estate agents: do not work with Reffbox. The service is misleading, the support is nonexistent, and the leads are a waste of time and money.

Update: Still no refund as promised and ghosted by SAM is his name!! Runnn

Reffbox is a scam!!! They stole so much money from me with all fake leads. And even after I requested my money back. They billed me a new bill and wiped my money out of my account as I was leaving for my daughter's birthday. It was a nightmare, I cried but God got me through it. They responded to me in an email saying they were wrong and will refund me in 4 days. It's been over 12 days still no money!! They NEVER Answer the phone so good luck getting help. I just want my 1500$ back. They may have sent 4 leads in 4 months all fake!!! Never trust a company that ghosts you after they steal from you. You only speak to one guy name Sam it's so weird and frustrating! These people took my money and I'm a newly divorced single mommy of three trying to build my business back up after my ex got everything. This is a sick company don't do it!! Still working with my bank to get some of it back. I'm trying to use the emails where Reffbox told me they were wrong. I'll let you know if I ever get it back. I'm so hurt and sad about this I work so hard for my money

Reffbox is a SCAM! Buyer beware. I was given three leads (fake I am sure as I never reached an actual person, then leads stopped). When asked for a refund I was charged $2,500.00 and NEVER REFUNDED. On my call I asked specifically if I canceled (under their cancel at any time policy with no fee) what it would look like. They refuse to call you back or refund your money. You have to fight it with your bank. They also charge you on two differnet days hoping you don't notice the charges.
This is a real shame.

The team at Reffbox truly understands real estate. From my first call to closing my second deal in Ottawa, everything has been clear, professional, and efficient.

I've been using Reffbox for a few months and recently closed my first deal in Edmonton. They stand behind their service. I'm excited to see what the future holds with this platform.
