Reflex is a great program
The medicine always came on time with lots of updates. If I had any questions with doctors or meds I had no trouble getting the information I needed from Naava or doctor. When I decided to go on maintenance Naava was so helpful in giving me the information I needed to succeed in my weight goal. I didn’t realize I had already paid for a vial of meds I hadn’t received yet so Naava called me and left several messages to get back to her which I did. I appreciate the opportunity to have a positive weight loss journey with Reflex. Naava told me if I needed any moral support that I could contact her anytime. Thank you for all you have done for me to reach my goal weight and to maintain this weight in the future.

Arnel replied to my email immediately explaining that I had to personally call to cancel my prescription. Then I talked with Barbie and she handled the cancelation and quickly sent me an email confirmation. They made this pleasant and easy.
