Great experience with Michael
My initial experience wasn’t great. The agent who was dealing with my claim left and I had no idea what had happened to it. Then Michael picked up my claim and talked me through the process. Throughout he kept me up to date on calls and WhatsApp, and made the process really easy to follow. The timelines he gave me were realistic, and I just received my refund today. Thanks for all your hard work Michael!

Kimberly is a LEGEND
I dealt with Kimberly throughout the whole process and she was very helpful and very quick to help me with the whole process. I was recommended to her through a family member and I was very happy with how the whole process worked. I was able to message her through WhatsApp and Emails which was really helpful as I always had a quick response. I found her to be very approachable and down to earth.

I was referred to Daniel H by a work colleague and although I was skeptical, I had no need to be.
Dan was more than helpful, explained everything and was always at the end of a WhatsApp message or call. The process was easy, with minimal paperwork.
Refund was in my account very quickly, and it was a lot more than I could ever have hoped for.
A very happy customer here, who will be referring my friends and family where I can.

Great service
I dealt with Jess and Dan during my claim and it was super easy and straightforward. There was a slight delay in payment due to HMRC going through an audit but money eventually came in and was paid within a few days. Really happy with the service. Thanks both!
