Thanks for your review! The reason we billed you $12 is because we reclaimed $41.18 in lost/damaged inventory in your account. According to the data in your account- those were all the eligible discrepancies. As we informed you prior to getting started, the only fee we have is the % based on successful reimbursements which is why you were billed the $12.
