Save your money!
Ordered a bracelet with two names. Delivery was two weeks. Very disappointed with the bracelet. The chain is larger/wider than the dainty one I had thought it would be. One name is hard to read because of where the letters were tied together. Looks Cheap - not worth $47! No returns because of being "personalized".

Items are shipped from the warehouse depending on the item you ordered. This enables us to ensure each piece is produced to our quality standards while providing the best possible service.

Wrong address order
Regal collective is a very professional company. I ordered a bracelet but just realized , when I paid, that my address was wrong on the site.
I sent a message talking about what happened , and immediately they were able to take care about that- at the end, I got my beautiful bracelet with my kids names.
They understood my problem and quickly solved the problem.
And the bracelet is marvelous. I definitively recommend this company. They love what they do.
