I ordered the gold name bracelet with the names of my three fur babies and it was exceptionally well done and I swim in the ocean quite a bit and I take care of Animals so I have my hands in water almost every day and it still looks as beautiful from the day. I got it and I’ve never taken it off. I wear it everywhere and I’ve had it on for a good two months now outstanding job. I have recommended it to all of my friends.

Very disappointed with my order. It arrived today with the necklace just thrown into the box, resulting in multiple knots. I managed to untangle it myself, but it shouldn’t have arrived in that condition.
I also ordered what was advertised as 18K gold, but what I received is gold-coloured stainless steel. The quality is not what I expected based on the product description, and I feel the item is misleadingly advertised.
Overall, I’m really disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way it was packaged.

F.i.n.a.l.l.y...received the lovely name ring I ordered for my daughter's 40th birthday. It was made with her two young son's names, Ford and Rowan.
I had not received my order, by now almost two months after ordering it!
I contacted Regal Collective who quickly responded to my inquiry. They sent me an email with pictures showing that the pkg had indeed been delivered, but not by USPS! I had been looking in my mailbox for it. The delivery service had tossed the pkg at the top step of my long front facing deck! It faces MDOT property & the Blue Water Bridge, my actual front porch faces the side street leading to the International Flag Plaza & The Thomas Edison Walkway.
I was advised to check my shrubbery & contact my neighbors...but there is only two other houses on my dead end cul-de-sac street. I checked in the evening with a flashlight under my spring cleaned and trimmed shrubbery which had now grown larger, my rose bush and growing stock flowers. And THERE it was!! I could only see a sliver of a small white and now dirty pkg underneath another blown into the shrubbery, an empty dirty Fudge Stripe Minis cookie bag wrapper!
The ring was in a very nice black box with a sweet pullout drawer and was just PERFECT! I absolutely LOVE THE RING!! Since I had already told my daughter about her gift, which I sadly thought hadn't been delivered, I decided to give her her birthday gift early and presented it to her yesterday, on my birthday..our birthdays are just a week apart. My daughter absolutely l.o.v.e.s her ring too and is very happy with it, and her two sons love it also!!
The ring is truly super cool, well made and I am very glad I ordered it! Regal Collective has a caring and fast helpful suppot team, and I now know it's a trustworthy family business!

My only complaint, lies with their delivery service which really needs/ should do better by safely placing pkgs by a front door and not tossed onto a deck stair...ugh!

This company has not sent my order…
This company has not sent my order (ordered in April for Mothers Day gift ) .
They claim postal inability to deliver to address. I have reached out on 5 occasions and provided address ( which was correct when I placed order) and they keep saying they will check and postal problem, meanwhile not resending and the same response over and over. They claim to be a small family business but I am getting robotic answers and they have still not offered a refund or sent a replacement. It is a sham .
Update
This company has now made amends. They have refunded the cost of the bracelet and have sent me a remade bracelet.
The date is 6/13/26.

Me AGAIN
Me AGAIN. First, I was waiting and waiting and WAITING for my item to arrive. Now it says that it was delivered to my house and the items did not arrive? I am beyond disappointed in this company. False coloring, incorrect letters and numbers.
Received 4 “gold” pieces which were bronze colored/dark brown and not actually gold colored. The letters were supposed to be capital and were not. The number had a line in it connecting them making it look like a letter and not the number. Very unhappy.

Because of the nature of PVD coatings and different lighting conditions, the gold tone may appear slightly brighter, warmer, or darker depending on personal preference and environment.
As shown in our website examples, our standard lettering format uses a capitalized first letter followed by lowercase letters to provide the cleanest overall appearance for the design. Additionally, for custom number combinations such as “11,” a small connecting line is included during production to help support the structure and durability of the piece. We completely understand this may not have matched your expectations, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
