I originally ordered the Ribbon Bow Earrings from Regal Collective and was really happy with them. They arrived in under two weeks, which was so fast considering they’re based in Canada! The sterling silver earrings were beautiful, well-made, and didn’t irritate my ears or cause any discolouration. I also thought the price was fair and I was really happy with my purchase at the time.

Unfortunately, after wearing them for a while, I’ve had an issue with the hoops becoming loose. I tightened them once, but they became loose again very quickly. They’ve gotten to the point where I’m no longer comfortable wearing them because I’ve almost lost one due to how loose it became.

It’s really disappointing because I genuinely loved these earrings when I first bought them and had no issues with them initially. Unfortunately, because I can’t wear them without worrying about losing them, I wouldn’t be able to recommend them anymore.

Ordered the little ribbon bow earrings in the silver finish. They are lovely, well made and do not irritate my ears. They are comfortable to sleep in also.

I love my purchase & that it was stainless steel. It will wear & look fantastic for years! I ordered a 3 heart necklace & had my husband give it to me for Christmas. My daughter & her sister in law loved it too! Today I ordered 1 for each of them! I didn’t need customer service as everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company. The quality is fantastic for my purchase.

There was an add to have your name written in Greek on a necklace. We just traveled to Greece this summer and thought it would be a great gift for my daughter. I filled out the form putting my daughters name in English thinking it would be translated to Greek as o do not speak the language and it did not say to enter it as Greek letters. Which of o had to do I would not have bought the necklace. I also decided to order a ring. When my order arrived the necklace was spelled in English and there was no ring in the box. I contacted the company and they told me I never filLED out the portion for the ring and that the necklace was spelled as I had written it.
as a company they should have communicated to be about the missing name for the ring. Instead they changed me for the ring and sent an empty box. After communicating with them they only will credit me for the ring, and will not correct the necklace. I would not recommend dealing with this company as they do not stand behind the customer and their communication is poor. Look to Etsy where their sellers always contact the buyer to make sure the orders are correct before proceeding with the sale.

I order two pairs of custom name earrings as gifts and the all were printed the wrong way around!!! How is that even possible?!? Do not order here!

I ordered the dainty bow hoop earrings and they are so stunning, I ordered them as part of my design for my collection of ear piercings and they are so beautiful and understated. Delicate and look very high class and quality

I ordered the Paw print necklace and diamond ribbon earrings and I love them both. Great quality and workmanship. ♥️♥️♥️

I would say at first I was very skeptical because I had never heard of this company, but I tried it. I did receive my necklace is very pretty. I love it very much and I will try to order again from them.

Do not buy! It says delivered but I never got my necklace with my kids name on it. I'm better off ordering from shein.

This is my second time ordering a name necklace and once again my daughter in law, loves it. She had another baby and asked me if I could get another one with all 4 names on it. She never took the last one off and she will do the same thing with this one. The quality is amazing. I will order another one if I need to.

I ordered two of the necklaces got them in the mail today and OMG I love them. They are going to be a special gift from me and they are going to love them. It’s a perfect gift for your friend with kids that sweet grandmother with the kids name on it. Just a perfect gift to cherish and to always wear. I can’t wait to give them their necklace.

I placed an order in October and have yet to receive anything...item was supposedly returned because of address...address has been given 3 times....talked tp delivery driver twice...nothing

Chunky minimalist ring
I bought my wife this ring as part of her birthday and she was delighted with it. Great service, fast delivery and a really well made product.

We purchased the heart necklace for our DIL for Christmas. She just had her second child December 4th and it came out beautiful. She and our Son loved it. Customer service was also wonderful.

Beautiful, chunky, stylish ring that I had intended as a gift for someone else until it arrived and it was so lovely I decided to keep it for myself. Delivered on time very quickly, well-packaged in a nice presentation box. Great service and great product.
