My daughter surprised me for Christmas with a necklace with 4 generations on it. It made me teary eyed. It was the best gift ever. The necklace was so pretty with a heart for my mom that passed away, my name, my daughter's name and my granddaughter's name. I will cherish it forever. My daughter said it was so easy to order and she received it quickly.

l ordered two personalized bracelets for my daughters who both have three children and they absolutely loved them, l saw them advertised on Facebook and was a bit nervous as l believe they come from Vancover, and l am in the UK but everything was ok and they came in time for Christmas..

Do not order from This company. I ordered a ring over a month ago and still have not received the item. This was a Xmas gift and I had to buy another one because the item is still not here The customer service is atrocious and they continue to say it’s on its way . I started emailing them inquiring of the order’s whereabouts after 3 weeks . Their response is that it’s on its way. I’ve asked for a refund and they continue to deny.
UPDATE: the ring arrived 6 weeks later. I no longer needed it and purchased another one from another vendor in the US who sold the same ring for less money and arrived in a few days. The company told me THEY WILL onky refund me IF I take down this review. This is not ok.

Very cool earrings and I was blown away with how helpful their customer service team was when there was the typical USPS delivery issues… I’ll be back because the earrings were very cool!

Ordered 3 name bracelets so that I could include all 11 names of my pets and I love them so much. Great quality and the names came out very clear. Highly recommend buying from here and I will definitely be ordering again.

I love the pieces I received!!! I got my daughter a bracelet with her boyfriends name, her name, and my brand new granddaughters name on it, and it is gorgeous!!! It’s so dainty and perfect for her. Also, got her earrings with my granddaughter’s name on them and they are precious as well!!! Mail tracking was weird to follow, but not a big deal. Thanks so much, she is gonna love em!!!

Just recieved my family name necklace its beautiful i did wait a long time for delivery but was well pleased with it

Ordered in November as needed well before Christmas (not a Christmas gift). Took weeks before I got an update from Yodel - had no idea they were being despatched from China otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered. Item didn’t arrive. Yodel said they were lost! Requested refund then 2 days later got another schedule of delivery from Yodel. I think the company sent a replacement by express. They refused refund even though I told them it was too late for the gift to be given to the recipient and I had already given something else. Offered to return unopened. Have had no communication with them since then. Would not use this company at all! I eventually opened the package, the earrings are much smaller than expected and I’ve given them to a friends daughter - waste of my money!

Unfortunately the quality of this jewelry is very low. A necklace I bought is completely uncentered and looks cheap. The customer service said it was within their quality standards, so apparently their standards are very very low. And of course no refund cause it had personalized letters. I buy jewelry all the time for my nieces and daughter and there are much better options. Would avoid buying from here as it’s clearly junk.

Follow-up: They did reach out but only to ask me to take down this review in exchange for a refund. I should have gotten a replacement or refund the first time.

Absolutely love the heart necklace I've bought for my daughter. It's very delicate looking, she doesn't like thick clumpy jewellery.

Absolutely brilliant took a few weeks to come but when it arrived, it had his own little box and was packaged perfectly. As this wasn’t for me, it was a present for Christmas. I’m definitely gonna be buying myself one. Could it be more happier? Definitely go for it. It looks so well-made and presented brilliantly.

I would give 0 stars if I could, scam business, I ordered they never sent me my order and won’t refund me. Just keep saying they’ll send me tracking when it’s made which was supposed to take 3-5 days. Do not recommend

Ordered a bracelet with my fur babies names , I love it and recieved many complements on the bracelet. It is a beautiful way to keep my babies close to my heart
