Presentation was beautiful and lots of nice goodies. Would of liked some sweet stuff in there aswell . This was feed back from who I sent it to, but overall happy.

I've got to say Regency were exactly what I was searching for - I wanted a hamper for my Dad that was recovering from a hospital visit. It's hard enough getting a hamper for a bloke, especially with him being ill, but the custom hampers gave me exactly what I needed - I was able to put together a lovely selection of things I knew he would love, and was blown away that they got it all made up, beautifully presented and delivered next day. I will definitely be using these guys again!!

Puzzled
I’m rather puzzled by the hamper that I received which was a present. The packaging was fantastic but inside one could see only packaging at first glance. Removing that, I found a few oranges, apples and bananas and a few other items, for example a box of cheese biscuits. They could have nipped into a supermarket at a fraction of the price. Could there have been an error packing the basket?
Please note that there was no cheese at all in the basket, just the packet of biscuits.
I didn't say that the items were not to my taste. There were very few items in the basket and it sounds to me as if things were left out at the time of packing.

Having reviewed the order, we can confirm that the purchaser selected a Fresh Fruit, Cheese & Biscuits Hamper specifically as their gift, and the hamper you received contained the items included within that chosen collection.
As with all of our fresh fruit hampers, the contents are carefully secured using biodegradable packing peanuts beneath the basket's contents and recyclable paper "sizzle" packing throughout. While this protective packaging may initially conceal the contents, it is essential in ensuring the fruit and accompanying items arrive in excellent condition and are beautifully presented upon unpacking.
We're sorry to hear that the selection was not to your personal taste. As every hamper is chosen by the sender, we always aim to fulfil their selection exactly as ordered, ensuring their gift is delivered as intended.

I recieved the hamper as a corporate gift so I’m unable to offer a opinion of ordering process and how that went, however I can certainly comment on what I received , the packaging and presentation were phenomenal , the contents were excellent and this contained a lot of fresh fruit which considering I had missed delivery and came the next day , the selection of items( this was a get well gift) were in line with occasion and can honestly say having sent Fortnum and Masons hampers in the past I will changing supplier and using this company,truly appreciated items and basket has been put repurposed and put into bathroom as this is also very well made.Craig
