I have a loan out with regional finance 2 months ago I got a call saying if I needed more money I can get it cause I was paying almost double my payment from 130 to 200. I said its ok im good right now but I would like to know how much I got left she said 3 payments of 200 and one of 170 im like ok awsome I was due for payment literally the next day so I'd owe 570 left 2 of 200 and one of 170 today I got a call for same to ask me if I need more money I said no im ok I should be done in the next month right 200 tomorrow and 170 for the last cause I had done already 200 month before so I knew I needed only 370 left yet they say now I still owe 3 payments and a short payment when I was supposed to be almost done saying something bout daily interest im done with this company.

I was told by a local employee that they would defer my payment this month due to good credit. I have made all my payments in a timely manner and have a fair credit score which I guard jealously. I received a call the other day saying I was past due and reported what I was told. Then this morning I received another received another. When I reported what I was told, she checked and reported back that the loan officer told her she had told me that she would check into it. I never received a call either way and find the dealings with this company questionable. I would never use them again and will be exploring ways to get rid of them.

I had a great experience with Shelia W, the Assistant Manager. She was very knowledgeable, detail oriented, polite, courteous, and respectful. She is the reason I go there. Never seen her having a bad day, she's always joyful and smiling and will do her best to get you the help you need!! On the other hand I was not pleased with the underwriters, I felt like I was treated as though I was a bad risk, even though I've been an excellent customer and have done business with Regional a couple of times before, they gave me no consideration for my record at all!!

The Ridgeland Regional Finance location is awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Jess, who recognized that I was going through financial hardship and negotiated the terms of my contract. She came through for me, and I am so grateful for her service and compassion as a mother.

I have used Regional Finance in the past and received absolutely stellar service. My previous representative, **Ricardo**, provided excellent disclosure and a thorough, one-on-one explanation of the loan program and all its moving parts. He was incredibly diligent, ensuring I understood every single component of my agreement before moving forward. If you use this company, **I highly recommend asking for Ricardo.**

Unfortunately, my recent experience seeking a new loan with a representative named **Paul** was a complete nightmare after reading finalized loan documents. It was the exact opposite of the exceptional service Ricardo provided.

I received outreach from the office because they noticed I was shopping around for additional loans. When I dealt with Paul, he failed on every level to act as a proper financial guide:

* **Zero Transparency:** He never disclosed the full amount I was actually approved for. Had I not thoroughly read the paperwork myself, I wouldn't have known I was actually offered *twice* the amount he told me was available.
* **Hidden Terms:** He completely failed to disclose that this new loan was structured to automatically pay off an existing loan from there company—a crucial detail that stripped away my choice to accept a higher, better offer elsewhere.
* **Misplaced Priorities:** He was so overly focused on educationing me about minor computer logistics and how to format PDFs that he forgot to actually do his job as a sales representative and loan officer.

Paul saw that I had solid income and that all my documents were submitted correctly, yet he steered me toward the lowest possible payout while telling me my repayment rate would be higher. When I dug into the calculations myself and saw the bottom line, my heart dropped.

As a working hard to build my credit, it felt deeply discouraging to deal with a representative who seemingly assumed I was just desperate for quick cash, rather than treating me as a smart consumer looking to build a financial foundation. He took advantage of my trust and provided the absolute bare minimum of assistance.

I am incredibly disappointed that I didn't catch these red flags sooner, but I only discovered the higher loan offerrate and the forced payoff once the final loan documents were sent to me. It was a ridiculous, frustrating, and discouraging experience. If I ever use Regional Finance again, it will **only** be with Ricardo.

Ms.Jackson and Ms.Ray was very professional and helpful with me . I truly appreciate them both and will definitely recommend anyone to them for their services.
