Regional Finance Avis 

Your policy of cutting checks to pay off two of my bills caused me a great deal of trouble and cost me hundreds of dollars. It caused an overpayment of the loan and now they owe me and who knows when I will be paid. I will never do business this way again. I should have been able to pay my own debts.

I cannot be more satisfied with this company than I am right now. Processing was easy on the original loan. I had some unfortunate events happen and the results of my refinancing was amazing. Even to the point I was giddy with relief. Thank you Regional. I plan to pay this down quickly and then get that truck I've been waiting for. sorry I can't remember the exact date, May or June

Regional Finance is a great company. And you have always been helpful to me.

The loan was an easy process along with great customer service. The staff that worked with me were genuinely sincere and understanding. Company doesn't pressure you to take out more loans. They found a lower payment for me and lower interest rate. Also nice having autopay without any extra fees like other companies.

I was needing financial help due to 2 months of not working (school break). Much to my surprise the check came in the mail! Your assistant helped me pay my bills. Thank you!

My experience with this company has been a nightmare!

The company mailed an unsolicited live check in my name without my knowledge. That check was intercepted by a criminal, who successfully cashed it using a fake temporary driver's license, an incorrect date of birth, a fraudulent phone number, and a fake email address.

For more than four months, I have worked to resolve this matter. I have completed every fraud affidavit requested, filed a police report, and cooperated fully with the investigation. Surveillance footage obtained through a subpoena by the San Antonio Police Department reportedly shows a bald white male cashing the check at a PLS Check Cashing location. I do not match that description, yet the company has still failed to correct its records.

As a result of the company's inaction, the fraudulent account has been charged off and reported to the credit bureaus, damaging my credit score and negatively affecting my ability to obtain favorable loan terms. Despite being presented with substantial evidence that I was the victim of identity theft, the company has not taken appropriate action to resolve the matter.

Unless this issue is corrected promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal remedies to protect my rights. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

After a week of putting in a application.. they say they will call back and never do..

My dad is 78. They “helped” him with a loan at 29% interest. That is unsatisfactory performance!

Not sure what happened! I've been working with Regional Finance in Leesburg, VA since 2022 without a single issue. Recently and because of a death in the family, I fell behind one payment. Just one. Regional Finance offered to move the missed payment to the final payment. I took the offer. Also, they offered to waive this month's payment. Cool. So why is my account stating that I need to make a payment? And to change Auto Pay is locked until I make the payment.
Also, during the move the missed payment transaction, I was offered extra money. I had declined. Just this past Thursday (06/25/2026), Regional Finance called to offer a loan again. I was going to decline but then decided to take the offer to make a car payment. The woman I spoke to over the phone during the "application process" put me on hold. Remember she called me. When she returned to the phone, she said (I'm not making this up), "I'm going to lunch and will call you back." I said, "Ok, enjoy" She did not return the call as she said she would. Friday, 06/26/2026, I called them to see what the problem is. I got to speak with the same lady who took lunch during my application processing. She told me that I was declined because I had missed payments on my car. Yes, she could've told me this yesterday. I said, "No ma'am, I have a letter from my car note company stating my account is in good standing and up to date. If she had called me back and explained this, she would have been told this. But instead, she decided to ghost me like I was a dead beat first date. For the record in the four years, I've done business with Regional Finance, this have never ever happened to me. So, I sent the paperwork back to the office and indicated that I no longer want the loan. The whole interaction with this young lady left me shy to do business with them anymore. And before I have to hear, "Oh, it's just an isolated incident. You shouldn't blah, blah, blah." It is more than that. It is my reputation, my credit reputation and it is attached to my livelihood. All that young lady had to do was tell me from the get-go what the problem was, and it could've been resolved instantly. But instead, she chose to 1. Get off the phone with me with an excuse. 2. Not return my call as she stated she would 3. Made no attempt to reach out the following day to discuss matters into my account. Very unprofessional. So, I sent the account to a debt relief company and will avoid doing business with them moving forward.

MY NAME IS JERI MILLER I JUST UNDERWENT CANCER SURGERY I WILL BE OUT OF WORK FOR A BIT I WENT IN THE OFFICE TO ASK FOR THEM TO PUT MY 1 PAYMENT TO THE END OF THE LOAN I WONT HAVE THE MONEY DUE TO NOT WORKING CAUSE MY SURGERY THEY SAID THEY CANT WELL I CANT EVEN BUY FOOD FOR MY KIDSI WILL NO LONGER BE GETTING ANYMORE LOANS WITH REGIONAL FINANCE EVER PERIOD!!! THE ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT NOT PEOPLE
